AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
1.  Upon  the  Exhibiting  Company’s  (“Exhibitor”)  execution,  this  Agreement  becomes  a  binding  Exhibitor agrees to maintain adequate insurance to fully protect NEW­FIELDS and its affiliates,

the terms and conditions set forth below. No Exhibitor shall be permitted to exhibit at the event  dismantling  of  Exhibitor’s  booth.  Exhibitor  must  maintain  the  following  insurance  coverage:  (a)
