EID MUBARAK CELEBRATIONS

LATIN AMERICAN CULTURAL TIDBITS

The commemoration of Eid Mubarak by the Ministry of National Security seeks to educate members of staff on the significance of the occasion. As such, we have planned an Annual Eid Celebration and invite all to attend.

Argentina Conducting business informally and formally at a restaurant over a leisurely three hour meal is normal. Style of clothing and grooming is very important. E-mails are not an effective means of initiating communication for business purposes in comparison to direct person to person contact.

Eid MUBURAK

Costa Rica

Annual Eid Celebration

Date: Wednesday 21st August

Be on time for appointments and always wear formal business attire to meetings. Costa Ricans do not like to say no so they tend to investigate all business possibilities before communicating and committing to a project. They are also very detail orientated. Cuba The Trinidad and Tobago Government in collaboration with Cuba has established a Trade Facilitation Office to help navigate through the Cuban system. In order to conduct business it is necessary to make contact with the governing Ministry or official. Be patient but persistent while trying to establish a business, and be respectful of Cubas history and way of life. The social aspect of life is as important as the formal side of trade. The Corporate Communications Unit invites all members of staff to visit the Ministry of National Securitys Facebook page and like us. Heres the link. https://www.facebook.com/?ref=tn_tnmn#!/ mns.tnt?fref=ts
