1. BACKGROUND / PURPOSE:

• With this program, the company aims to


retain talents and attract employees to
strive better in terms of their performance.
Management believes that one good way
to do it is to show appreciation to
employees’ hard work and dedication.
2. SCOPE:

• This policy covers all outsourced staff and


administrative staff of Offshoring Inc.
3. POLICY
3.1 Corporate awards shall be given every year coinciding with the
company’s celebration of Foundation Anniversary.
3.2 The following Awards will be given:
3.2.1 Perfect Attendance for the year
3.2.2 Loyalty Service Award
3.2.3 Admin Staff of the Year
3.2.4 Employee of the Year
3.3 Perfect Attendance for the Year
3.3.1 This award is given to employees who have been in
the Perfect Attendance (PA) list of the Month for at
least 9 months during the period covered (Dec of
previous year to Nov of current year).
3.3.2 The Perfect Attendance award recipient will receive
Pesos 6,000.00 cash
3.4 Loyalty Service Award
3.4.1 This award is given to the employee who has been with the
company for at least 5 continuous years.
3.4.2 A cash reward will be given to the employee who has
achieved this minimum requirement.
5 years - Pesos 15,000.00
10 years - Pesos 20,000.00
15 years - Pesos 45,000.00
3.4.3 An additional cash reward will be solicited from the client of
outsourced staff if the employee has also stayed with the
same client for a minimum 5 years.
5 years with the client: 10,000.00
10 years with the client: 20,000.00
15 years with the client: 30,000.00
3.5 Admin Staff of the Year
3.5.1 One Admin staff will be declared Admin Staff of The Year.
3.5.2 The awardee will receive a laptop computer.
3.5.3 All employees under Admin are eligible for this award except
Department Heads.
3.5.4 The following criteria must be met to become a nominee for
Admin Staff of the Year
3.5.4.1 Exceed Expectations to Superior Performance
Rating during the period covered (Dec previous
year to Nov of current year)
3.5.4.2 Stayed on the same post during the period covered
unless promoted to higher post
3.5.4.3 No CAN during the period covered
3.5.4.4 Inclusion in Perfect Attendance List for at least 6
months during the period covered.
3.5.5 After all the nominees have been listed, one will be declared
Admin Staff of the Year based on the following votes:
3.5.5.1 Employees’ Votes (Peers) – 20%
3.5.5.2 Department Heads’ Votes – 30%
3.5.5.3 COO and Principals’ Votes – 50%
3.6 Employee of the Year
3.6.1 One outsourced staff will be declared Employee of
the Year.
3.6.2 The awardee will receive a laptop computer.
3.6.3 The following requirements must be met to become a
nominee for Employee of the Year:
3.6.3.1 Excellent Rating during the Annual Evaluation
3.6.3.2 One year with the same client at the time of
awarding
3.6.3.1 No disciplinary records on file
3.6.4 After all the nominees have been listed, one will be
declared Employee of the Year based on the
following votes:
Employees’ Votes (Peers) - 20%
Department Heads’ Votes – 30%
COO and Principals’ Votes – 50%
