What system should Rozita implement in order to start changing the human

capital practice in the Long Beach Hotel? Base on this article Rozita can use the acronym ADDIE system to outline training process. This system will help Rozita to create the proper training program in the Long Beach Hotel in order to make this hotel more competitive. Rozita can start with analyze their training needs and design the training program. In training new employees, employers use task analysis basically, a study of the job and determine what skills the job requires. In this case, Rozita must indentify the basic requirement to be front desk staff in order to overcome the issue of unsatisfaction among guest. If this issue have being solve in the first place, Rozita can continue develop and design training program which means identifying specific training objective, clarifying a training budget and then actually designing the program in terms of the actual content. After design the training and decided the best program Rozita must implement the program in the Long Beach Hotel as soon as possible in order to make sure the employee have proper training and competence enough to do the job as front desk staff in the Long Beach Hotel. And the last part of this system is evaluating the training effort. Rozita can measure the successful this training program via reaction among hotel guest, make comparison between the groups that is not exposed to training, in parallel with the group youre training. All this process must have fully support from top management of Long Beach Hotel this program as part of organizational change in human resource perspective. 2. The experiences that he has really help Azman to design and implement the good training program in human resource perspective. He creates the training program base on their experience and latest requirement in hotel services. Base on this article, clearly mentions that he does a good job of screening potential employees for his front desk area of the hotel because he realize the importance of that area of the hotel, especially in tourist areas. The training program implement by Ekuin Hotel really helpful to the employee and all information have being provided rally help them to do their job batter. Azman also implement team work concept at Ekuin Hotel and this team work approach really help everyone to do the good job. Rozita can use all this human capital to implement at Long Beach Hotel.

Hotel in order to help with turnover and occupancy rates at the hotel? Specific training method including on-the-job training apprenticeship training, informal learning, job instruction training, lectures, programmed learning, audiovisual-based training, vestibule training, video conferencing and etc. HRD at Long Beach Hotel must give valuable information to all employees in order to help them to do it the right thing in the hotel. All the type of training can help and improve the performance among employees at Long Beach Hotel. Base on article we can see that the main problem for Long Beach Hotel is failure in training program. The human resource department fail to conduct the training program for the employees.
