Work with clients to discuss technical requirements, set expectations, and manage involvement in analysis activities. Meet with decision makers, systems owners and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues. Manage and coordinate the direction, set up, and ongoing processing of multiple clients 401k benefits administration systems which support in excess of 60,000 participants. Convert, update, and maintain client requirements according to comprehensive analysis specifications. Design, update, and deliver unit, integration, regression, and acceptance test plans. Coordinate and coach Setup Analysts on the configuration and testing of the technology platform. Design test plans (unit, integration, regression, and acceptance) and incorporate recommended updates into test plans. Coach team members on technical and proprietary tools required to configure, test, debug, monitor, and report on system specifications. Review analysis and test plan documentation and evaluate the results of test execution. Coordinate the work of aligned setup analysts, monitor task completion, and communicate team schedule and status.
