1. G.O.Ms.No.105, MA & UD (R ) Dept. dt.25.03.2011. 2. Letter Roc. No. 367/XIII FC/FHR&MP/C&DMA/2011, Dated 07-03-2012, of the Director of Municipal Administration, AP, Hyderabad. *** O R D E R: XIII Finance Commission has made allocations to the Urban Local Bodies of Andhra Pradesh with substantive increase from XII Finance Commission. Further, XIII Finance Commission stipulated Nine (9) specified conditions to be fulfilled by 31-03-2012 to access the Performance Grants. 2. One of the Nine (9) XIII Finance Commission conditions, provides that All Municipal Corporations consisting with a population of more than 1 million (2001 Census) must put in place a Fire Hazard Response and Mitigation Plan for their respective jurisdictions, and to notify the same by end of 31-03-2012 in the State Gazette for demonstrating compliance Andhra Pradesh has three cities in this category namely Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada. In the ref. first read above Fire Hazard Response and Mitigation Plans of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation and Vijayawada Municipal Corporation for the Financial Year 2011-12 were notified. 3. In the ref. second read above, the Director of Municipal Administration has informed that the Fire Hazard Response and Mitigation Plans of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation and Vijayawada Municipal Corporation for Financial Year 2012-13 submitted by the Director General of Fire Services were approved by the 13th Finance Commission Sanctioning Monitoring Committee Meeting held on 5.3.2012 and requested to publish the same in the extraordinary issue of State Gazette of March 2012. 5. Accordingly, the following Notification is published in an extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated: 26-03-2012.
