Sec 1: Procedure to log-in Wealthrays website:

Click on browser which you have in your system

Type www.wealthrays.com in address bar then the below page will be displayed

Sec 1.1 Forgot Password:

If you have forgot your password click on forgot password.

After clicking on Forgot Password the below page will be displayed.

Enter your User Name and Mail id then click on Submit the below page will be displayed.

Next you will get the mail like below.

In that mail click on Forgot Password link to get the new password. After clicking on that link the below page will be displayed.

Enter your New Password and again enter the same Password below and click on Submit then the below page will be displayed.

Sec 1.2 Log-into Wealthrays website:

Enter the User Name and Password then the below page will be displayed. User Name: Your Client Id For example: User name : 250BNCA022 Password : abcd Password: as sent to your emailid from client@wealthrays.com

Section 2 : MAIN Sec 2.1 Dashboard:

To view the Equity Ledger balance, Demat statement, Client portfolio report, click on Madras Stock Exchange Ltd then below page will be displayed.

Sec 2.2 Profile:

This section gives your details as provided to us at the time of account opening. You can also view this section by clicking drop-down arrow next to your name at the right hand top corner of the page.

Password reset option in www.wealthrays.com:

If you want to change the password, then click on Profile on left hand side then the below page will be displayed.

For security purpose you have to enter the Date of birth, gender and Address. Next enter the new password and again enter the password below then click on Update Detail then you will get the message as You have successfully uploaded a detail.

Sec 3: Funds Transfer Sec 3.1 Equity Investment:

For transferring funds to equity trading account, click on equity investment then the below page will be displayed. This can be used for derivative segment also.

Enter the amount and click on Pay Now then it will go to the corresponding bank website as registered with WealthRays for Equities.

Enter your User Name and Password as provided by your bank Transfer funds from your registered bank account to your trading account with WealthRays. If you want to transfer the amount for Equity account use only Equity Investment do not use Commodity Investment.

Sec 3.2 Commodity Investment:

To transfer funds to commodity trading account, click on Commodity investment then the below page will be displayed.

Enter the amount and click on Pay Now then the below page will be displayed.

Enter your account User Name and Password for funds transfer as provided by your bank. Transfer funds only from your registered bank account to your trading account with WealthRays. If you want to transfer the amount for Commodity account use only Commodity Investment, do not use Equity Investment.

When you are trying to transfer the amount if your bank name is not in the Banks list you will get error like below.

Sec 4: Subscribe Services: Sec 4.1: Subscribed Services

Services that you have subscribed with WealthRays will appear in Subscribed services section.

Sec 4.2 Subscribe New Service:

If you want to subscribe to any of our other services click on Subscribe New Service then the below page will display Once you subscribe for new service then it will appear in Subscribed Services section

Once payment is made for new service, details will be listed in Payment Information.

If you have subscribed for specific service that are listed in new service section then article about that service will be listed in Service Article.

Sec 7: Documents: Sec 7.1: Upload Document:

Any document that you would like to share with WealthRays, upload document section is useful. To upload any document, click on Upload Document then the below page will be displayed

Enter the Document name, Upload document by choosing the file from your computer and write note for Document. Click on Update Detail then the below page will be displayed.

Once you upload a document, you and WealthRays will receive an auto generated email as seen below

Sec 7.1.1:Withdrawal Request:

If you want to withdraw update details (as mentioned in below example) in Upload Document.

For Example: Update Document Name as Withdrawal Request for Equities and update Note for Document as Withdrawal request for amount Rs 1000/-.

NEFT transfer will be done at 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday. If withdrawal request is received before 4.15 PM it will be processed on the same day. If withdrawal request is received after 4.15 PM it will be processed on the next day.

Sec 7.2: Documents by WealthRays:

Documents that are uploaded by WealthRays will appear in Documents by WealthRays. Demat statements, Ledgers, forms and other important documents uploaded by us can be easily accessed through this section. You will receive below auto generated email once WealthRays uploads any document.
