PETITION FOR TRANSFER FROM A PRIVATE BANK TO A PUBLIC BANK

COMES NOW, at least two affirmed American Nationals petitioning the United States, in
Congress assembled for a transfer on the rural free delivery routes the privately owned general
post exchange to Publicly owned General Post Exchange. The current privately owned general
post exchange is located at: http://www.thegeneralpostexchange.org. The Transfer from private
to Public shall qualify the General Post Exchange to the classification and category of a Public
Institution and Public Commerce thereby bypassing any licensed private or public commerce
within the privately owned Central Banks.

PROOF OF SERVICE
Any and all documents in the posit list 1-30, have been properly served and the Public has been
properly Noticed Publicly and Internationally without any objections from any party, foreign or
otherwise. Therefore, all documents are without trespass.

PURPOSE AND INTENT

The people that have been bonded in the districts of The United States of America have been
crying out over and over for the Bill of Rights and their constitutional rights in private guild
courts where none exist. The Government of The United States of America has heard those cries
and shall provide a Public Bank instead of a privately owned Central Bank.

Furthermore, a Public Bank will provide for a Public Trial and a jurisdiction and venue for a
Public Court fulfilling the requirement of the sixth article of the Bill of Rights. Furthermore, the
Coubitt in the form of full title currency will insure that the property of the positors is not
encumbered by the Public Bank and the Public Court, and ultimately by and of the governments
of the several States nor The United States of America.

REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITORS

For each positor shall be required to have a bare minimum of an oath or affirmation as an
American National within the Confederacy, or to one of the several States which provides proof
of loyalty to the welfare of the Public Bank. Any other sovereign Nation that wishes to use the
Public Bank shall provide a peace agreement in the form of ratifying the Law of Nations so all
Public and Intra-national Commerce Rules are perfectly clear to all parties. The depositors shall
own the Public Bank so that all positors shall know all of the rules and the rules and laws are
very clear to all parties. The Public Bank and the Public Court shall be transparent in all
transactions to the positors, including, however, not limited to yearly reports from the Treasury,
Public Notice of all Integrity Board Minutes, and open elections for the members of the Integrity
Board of the Public Bank.

The petition is open for addendums and additions to ensure the proper use and operation of the
Public Bank, of, by and for the people.

ACCEPTANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

The United States, in Congress assembled hereby accepts and acknowledges the transfer of the
