Direct Consent For Sexual Intercourse Concerning the matter of implied or direct consent to sexual intercourse, the fo llowing

persons, subsequently identified and referred to as the INITIATOR and the RESPONDENT, exp ressly accede to the following requirements, under legal contract, and require t hat the RESPONDENT acknowledge the following as factual: That the RESPONDENT is over the age of Eighteen, a legal adult under the law s of this State, and not mentally handicapped with an intelligence quotient rati ng under eighty five. The RESPONDENT is not currently under the influence of an incapacitating int oxicant or aphrodisiac such alcohol, drugs, oysters, Bremelanotide, truffles, se a cucumber, strawberries, lobster, or dark chocolate. The RESPONDENT has not been coerced into sexual activities by the INITIATOR under the threat of force, injury, threatening to leave the RESPONDENT, to dispa rage her socially, or by forcing her to engage in illegal activities, or by repo rting illegal activities to the authorities. The RESPONDENT has not been forced into sexual activities under the threat o f economic sanctions, in a manner that negatively affects the RESPONDENT, such a s the refusal to provide financial support, or pay for dinner and the movie unle ss she complies with request for sexual intercourse. The RESPONDENT has not been treated as a sexual object, servant, and chattel , subservient, or submissive unless such behavior is expressly desired by the RE SPONDENT who must sign the Submissive Consent Form available in Appendix E. The RESPONDENT has not been intimidated into engaging in sexual activities b y the INITIATOR S actions, including smashing things, destroying her personal proper ty, abusing her pets, displaying weapons, or creating an implied threat by looks , actions, or gestures. The RESPONDENT has not been subject to emotional abuse by the INITIATOR by m aking her feel bad about herself and her emotional or physical status, playing m ind games, or making her feel guilty for not agreeing to sexual intercourse. The RESPONDENT is not currently emotionally distressed from the breakup of a previous relationship, nor clinically depressed, nor possessing anorexic tenden cies which could lead to a weakening of moral fortitude in an effort to seek a t emporary emotional crutch. The RESPONDENT does not currently have a boyfriend/girlfriend/parent who is larger, meaner, and more physically aggressive, owns firearms and/or is more pos sessive than the INITIATOR. The hereby undersigned RESPONDENT agrees to the outlined aforementioned requirem ents and acknowledges that they are true and factual. The RESPONDENT hereby give s consent to the INITIATOR to engage in sexual activities with the RESPONDENT wi th the understanding that sexual intercourse as defined by this STATE will occur .
