A Christian worldview is very important in the sense that it makes a Christian operate by the principles of the bible, such as showing unconditional love to others

A Christian non-profit organization is one which is formed by a person or a group of people driven by the Christian principles, as it is written in the Bible, also know as the word of God. The Bible talks about serving, sharing , teaching and extending a helping hand to the poor and needy. Although, it does not clearly state that Christians should run this kind of organizations, it is obvious that Christians are expected to reach out to the under privileged. There will always be poor people in the land. Therefore I command you to be openhanded toward your fellow Israelites who are poor and needy in your land. (Deuteronomy 15:11 New International Version,The Holy Bible) With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and much grace was upon them all. There were no needy persons among them. For from time to time those who owned lands or houses sold them, brought the money from the sales and put it at the apostles feet, and it was distributed to anyone as he had need. (Acts 4:33-35 New International Version). Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless ;plead the case of the widow. (Isaiah 1:17 New International Version,The Holy Bible). The Christian Worldview is an important way to see the world and it should be a main factor in running a non-profit organization, because anyone with a Christian worldview will see the world through the eyes of God and do whatever good it takes to please God, and this zeal makes him passionate about impacting the lives of others and making the world a better place to live in. He also does all this things, without caring or thinking about the risk or the discomforts it might cause him.

NON-PROFIT ANALYSIS PROJECT

The potential positive effects of basing a non-profit management on a Christian worldview is that the organization can easily raise funds and get valuable support from people who have the same godly desires as they do;people who are prepared to go on sacrificial , comfort-less services , with the sole purpose of serving, sharing and giving. And also, the governance of a non-profit organization based on the Christian worldview is usually transparent in how the organization is run and how the funds are utilized and there is less probability of frauds; just as it is written in the Bible. Do not steal. Do not lie. Do not deceive one another. (Leviticus 19:11 New International Version). The negative effects of basing a non-profit management on a Christian worldview is that the organization may not get support from people with other worldviews, since they won't be willing to do anything that goes against the Christian Principles.
