We provide virtual assistants to Realtors all across North America. We are looking for the best and brightest individuals to work with us. We are willing to provide the resources if you can commit to 10 hours of your time to get to know our processes. (Our salary is monthly basis) If you are successful with the clients we give, you will then get a flat rate for 20 hours work per week ($300 per month). With 2 part time clients you could earn up to $600 per month. We try and give bonuses here and there for virtual assistants that continually work diligently and keep our clients happy. If you are with us for over a year we are contemplating health care for longer term contract employees.
SOME IMPORTANT POLICIES We use Excel spread sheets to track your time. They need to be filled out every day. This should not take you long, but if they are not filled out for the day on that day you do not get paid. You never (EVER) discuss wage with our clients. You can just refer them to us with questions. We require you to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and Non-Compete. You will receive support from your Manager and we will be giving you new ideas and training to implement with your clients. The Real Estate field is constantly changing so we need to stay ahead of the curve.
