On 09/11/2001, FBI MSP contacted MSP CASFO and was referred to AGL-710
re request for airman info on Moussaoui. Seej t/vrite-up attached.
This of course occurred after 09/11 events.

Sometime in the morning on September 11, 20011 received a call from Special Agent

Special Agentf Kfte Minneapolis FBI. Agent) fras looking forany type of
records the FAAnught havfrfbrZacarias Moussaoui. I contacted Agent) jand he
wanted to know if I could locate airman and medical records relating to Moussaoui.

I then contacted AMC-700 who provided me with his airrrian records. AMC-7QO also,
gave me the name of Moussaoui's night surgeon as well as the flight school he attended, I
called the flight surgeon to see if he had any additional records pertaining toMoussaouu \e physician did no
