INTRODUCTION
There is an ever increasing need in the modern workplace for managers and oce supervisors to be fully aware of the legislative requirements and processes that should be undertaken when dealing with the issue of workplace misconduct. The mounting pressure on managers and supervisors to conduct investigations of alleged sta wrong doing in the workplace has created the need for all employees to understand workplace disciplinary processes and for managers and supervisor in particular to be able to conduct administrative (disciplinary) investigations.
COURSE OVERVIEW
The Administrative & Workplace Investigation Workshop is a fully accredited interactive workshop based on a 2 days face to face course. It has been designed to update and improve the capacity of managers and supervisors to conduct investigations into allegation of misconduct or wrong doing of employees in the workplace. This unique and eective training course has been designed for delivery to all employees. It introduces all employees to the disciplinary process and how administrative investigations should be conducted in a workplace. It will equip managers and supervisors with the condence and knowledge to enable them to carry out a workplace administrative investigation. The course applies equally to public and private sector workplaces. Units oered in this course contain nationally accredited academic units from the Certicate III in Investigative Services (CPP30607). Persons successfully completing the Administrative & Workplace Investigation Course will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for the applicable units relating to this certication.
