Visa Requirements Participants are kindly reminded to check with the respective Chinese Embassy/Consulate in relation to visa matters.

Transportation from/to Airport The Sunworld Dynasty Hotel is located approximately 25km from Beijing Capital International Airport. Travel time from the airport is approximately 40 minutes, you can reserve the airport transportation through the Hotel (see details in the enclosed hotel reservation form) or take a taxi outside the airports arrival area, which will cost approximately RMB 200 (around US33).

Accommodation Participants will cover the accommodation by themselves as well as incidentals such as laundry, telephone/fax services, room services, mini-bar etc. Please complete the enclosed hotel reservation form and return to the hotel via email as indicated on the form at your earliest convenience to secure the reservation.

Meals Lunch on September 11 will begin at 12:15 at the Dynasty Plaza, 3rd floor of the hotel.

Welcome dinner will be held at 18:00, September 11, at Grand Ballroom B, 2nd floor of the hotel.

A farewell lunch will be held at 13:15, September 12 (venue to be determined).

Dress Business dress is appropriate for the meeting. Smart casual attire is suggested for the welcome dinner on September 11 and the farewell lunch on September 12.

Workshop Materials Participants will receive, upon registration at the hotel, a packet containing all relevant material for the event including agenda,presentation of speakers and identification badges. Please bring the badge to all meetings and events.

Working Language: English will be the working language.

Secretariat The meeting secretariat will be set up in the hotel and its venue is to be determined.

Currency and banking The official unit of the Chinese currency is the Yuan (RMB). The exchange rate of 1 USD is equivalent to approximately RMB 6.13 (as of August 2, 2013). Currency exchanges are available at banks, airports, and major hotels.

Electricity Power supply is 220 volts, which two-pin plugs and three-pin plugs both can be used.

Weather The temperature in Beijing by the time you arrive will be between 16-26 .

Autumn wear is recommended.
