( Total Consultancy Fees is split into 4 Equal Instalments of 25% Each, Ie - Advance 25% , Plan hand over 25% , Corporation Drawing 25% , Completion Drawing 25% ) Note : Plan submission Agent Fees in Corporation, Corporation Filing Fees, Commision, Bribe if any shall be paid extra and not included in the above mentioned rate. 2. All Work Will be started only with Proper Detailed Agreement with Client and JACK CONSTRUCTIONS, Special Clauses if any should be properly signed by both parties 3. Full time site supervisor if required shall be paid extra from the rate with actual salary of the supervisor during the working period 4. If any item is deviated from the agreement and Added on later stage shall be compensated with extra/difference at appropriate stages itself 5. Before final payment of the work plinth area shall be measured in presense of Client and JACK CONSTRUCTIONS either by a third party or JACK CONSTRUCTIONS 6. For Column-Beam Framed (Pillar) Construction Additional Premium of Rs 300/Sqft is applied, If Piling is required that will Calculated Extra as per depth of Pile Foundation 7. Soil Investigation and Total Station Survey Required shall be done at Clients expense and JACK CONSTRUCTIONS will be assisting for arranging the same 8. Any clarification before commensing the work shall be asked in detail, Once agreement is signed , changes will be charged accordingily for each change as Extra items 9. Service Tax / Bill If required shall be given by JACK CONSTRUCTIONS, after deducting Statutory taxes from Government as per time to time
