Drum Corps Packing List Toiletries: -Band-Aids *Mole Skin-or something if you get blisters -Neosporin -Benadryl *Icy

hot/tiger balm -Hairbrush **Deodorant *Gold Bond -Hair elastics -Nail Clippers -Nail File -Tampons/Pads -Body Spray -Toothbrush -Toothpaste -Q-tips -Tweezers -Face wash -Shampoo -Conditioner -Body Wash

-Pouf -Razor (and extra blades) Intuitions are wonderful for tour! -Shaving Gel/Cream -Towel (at least 2 if not more) **Shower shoes -Lotion -Shower caddy type thing-plastic, folding, hanging, fishing tackle boxes/bags are great. -Contact stuff/glasses (make sure to bring lots of extras) -Medicines: Tylenol, Advil, allergy meds, vitamins, inhaler, Tums, cold meds, Nyquil, cough drops whatever you may personally need -Ace bandage (or any ankle/knee/wrist etc. brace you may need) -Prescriptions (enough for all three months) Bus Stuff: -CD or MP3 player -Batteries -Hand held massage thingy -Blanket **Things for the window (pictures from home etc.) -more brush ups **Suction cups-different sizes, soap dish works well for cell phones, go to the bath room section for ideas -carabiners

-pillow -Journal -Books -flashlight highly suggested and always helpful **Bus box or bag to keep stuff under seat or in over head compartment-rubbermaids work really well -snacks and drinks Clothing: -Blacks -Practice clothes (sports bra, shorts, tank top/shirt for (must have shirt for food truck) -- laundry is done every 10 to 14 days. -Pants for cold days, bus rides, sleep etc. -Long sleeve shirts and pants for dance class! MUST have! -sweatshirt and jacket -Rain Jacket-something light and durable will be the best -Sneakers (2 pairs one old one for rainy days) -Socks (lots and lots, they disappear) -Underwear -It's a good idea to label your clothes with your initials. Use fabric paint or fabric sharpies. Practice Stuff: *Sunscreen-we suggest at least SPF 30 -Some type of bag/backpack to take things to and from the field

-Hard Candy (for on the field) -Dot Books -Highlighters -Sharpies -Pencils for writing drill in dot book (mechanical pencils work well) -Shoe string (for dot book) -Ziploc bags (for dot book) -Sarna -Bug spray **chap stick with SPF -Practice gloves (multiple pairs-you know how smelly they get) -Black tape **WHITE TAPE at least 5 rolls *Water Cooler 1 gallon -visor/hat/bandanas/hair bands Show Stuff: -Nude color seamless bras for girls -Nude thong underwear for girls -Nude dance belts for boys -Bobby pins -Rubber bands (close to the color of your hair) -Hair gel -Hair spray

-Make up (powder, mascara, eyeliner we will know for sure what we need later but have the general basics) -Make up remover- (Ponds Wipes work very well on the bus) -Mirror Laundry: -Detergent -Dryer Sheets -Color block sheets **Laundry bag not a mesh/net one. Get a solid one. **Quarters-bring a bunch, at least $20 worth. -Stain Stick -Shout wipes -Tide To Go pen Sleeping Stuff: -Sleeping bag/air mattress -Pillow -Pillowcases (2) Random Stuff: -Watch **Duct tape good for bus and quick fixes -Extra shoelaces -ID card/drivers license -Insurance Card (even though the corps has a copy it is always a good

idea to have it with you) -Money (recommend you bring travelers checks and/or bank card-remember not everywhere accepts plastic) -cell phone and charger **safety pins **Hair dryer and/or straightener-find a few other people to share with **Scissors **Ziploc bags (different sizes)the ones with the plastic thingy on top works best gallons are great! -Pocket-sized sewing kit -Sunglasses -Roll of toilet paper-there will be some schools that just don't stock enough and it can be nice to have (optional of course) -Camera(s)-bring a few disposable to put in different places (field bag, bus, etc) Free Day Stuff: -Non practices clothes! Jeans are probably the best thing, nothing too dressy. Free days usually include doing laundry -Belt (you'll lose a lot of weight) -money -take camera with you -different shoes
