The Bedan Dance Theatre is an accredited and official organization of the College of Arts and Sciences in San Beda College Manila. Through the years, the organization has moulded, trained and produced some of the countrys best performers in different fields of dancing. More than that, the organization has never let go of its goal to uplift Benedictine values in the nourishing of every members God-given talent. Our mission is to extend our commitment for dance to the world by celebrating equality among our differences, uplifting each others morale and reaching a holistic growth towards our fullest potentials. In line with this is a project of the BEDAN DANCE THEATRE which is a recital entitled : UNBOUND . It is an event that focuses on the talents that BDT has to offer. We open-up an opportunity for our members to grow and perform in front of an audience and show them their skills as a dancer. This event is the first of so much more events that the Bedan Dance Theatre has to offer for this year. This project aims to spread awareness and appreciation of the art of dance through the showcase of our crews versatility. We believe that dance is for everyone, and through this effort we are hoping to become inspirations to our young audience. We want to be able to produce future choreographers and we want them to feel the vibe of performing so that they can express themselves anytime through the art of dance.

PROPOSAL You will be allowed to sell not only to the people who will watch the recital but also to the whole Bedan Community on that day only ( September 20, 2013 ). - You will be allowed to sell in two (2) different locations. One in the Abbot Lopez Hall ( on the place where the recital will be held ) and two, in the snack bar ( where all Bedans get their food whenever inside San Beda ) *the tables and chairs will be provided by the BEDAN DANCE THEATRE in order for you to sell conveniently. In return - We would like to have 70 pieces of FLAVOR SHOTS w/ drinks and one regular fries ( this is for the 70 persons who will dance and take part of the Recital ) -

Enclosure AGREEMENT

This letter correctly sets forth the understanding of the agreement between Bedan Dance Theatre and KFC . All information in this proposal and agreement should remain confidential at all times.
