1. General Correct and regular lubrication is the main warranty against untimely production stops and premature wearing of components. It is very important to respect lubrication periods and to do them with great attention. Clean nipples before a new greasing Clean draining plugs before tightening All cover must be apply with grease before mounting. All bearings mounted without nipples dont require any maintenance or lubrication. Be careful, before finishing any maintenance, lubrication or repairing operation, that the machine is stopped and out of working. TAKE CARES! The parts of gearboxes are supplied without working oil. Before the first starting, it will be necessary to fill them.

Notes: The lubrication with marker ***, Choose the oil in accordance with the supplier specifications in supplier manual; IMPOTANT NOTE: The automatic chain lubrication (point No.14) cant work under -15. In case of this low temperature over 48 hours, the chain must be manually lubricated every 48 hours with the same product as automatic lubrication. The lubrication must be done during 2 complete rotation of the chain. Recycled oil from gear boxes or hydraulic units can be used. Oil will be filtered before tank filling :filter efficient =60
