WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-115 the City of Dothan entered into an
agreement with the State of Alabama Department of Revenue to provide for the
exchange of tax returns and information; and
WHEREAS, that agreement authorized certain City of Dothan employees to
request, receive and disclose information from the Alabama Department of
Revenue; and
WHEREAS, the need exists to update the list of employees authorized to
exchange information with the Alabama Department of Revenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Dothan, Alabama as follows:
Section 1. That the following City of Dothan employees are authorized to
request, receive and disclose information with the Alabama Department of
Revenue, which said list follows:

RE: Exchange of Information Agreement with the State of Alabama
Under the provisions of Code Section 40-2A-10, Code of Alabama 1975,
the Alabama Department of Revenue has an exchange of information
agreement in place with your city to exchange confidential tax information.
We are in the process of updating all the city/town lists. I have enclosed
the list we have on file for the City of Dothan. Additionally, we have
enclosed the updated list for the Alabama Department of Revenue.
Please have someone update the list and return it to my attention at the
Alabama Revenue Commissioner's Office, 50 North Ripley Street, Room
