Mezcal and Cacao. 11 A refreshing cocktail based on Oaxacan cacao crafted in the bygone French style (rose water, lavender flowers, vanilla pods, orange peel & spices). Served in a highball with Mina Real mezcal & crushed ice. Acapulco - Manila. 11 Our take on the Martini dry. Inspired by the commercial route between these cities (with an ocassional stopover in Japan) from XVIII century. Mezcal Agave de Corts married with Sake. Dry, sharp, and pleasant. Mezcal Julep Seasonal. 10 Wahaka espadin mezcal, fresh mint leaves, homemade seasonal cordial.
MARGARITAS.
La Urbana Margarita. 9 Peloton de la muerte, fresh lime juice, agave syrup with chimolera extracted lime & orange oils. Straigth up / on the rocks. Choose your salt: sea salt, Gusano salt, and our own Bacon salt. Violet flowers Margarita. 11 An exotic & silky cocktail marrying Don Julio blanco, lush lime & orange flower water, violet flowers liqueur, topped with crisp ros champagne. El Pueblo Margarita. 9 Tequila Pueblo viejo, fresh grapefruit juice, smoked cinnamon syrup, & a dash of Spaniard red wine. Straight up.
EXPATS
Many expats had fell in love with Mexico making it their home. Mexican receive foreigners with open arms and so we do with these expat drinks. Vodka drink 10 Belvedere pink grapefruit, seasonal fruits, ginger beer. Served tall over crush ice. Gin Fizz. 10 The Gin fizz comes like a cooling breeze from the sea, bringing new life and the zest and joy of living. Said San Franciscan bartender Ernest P. Rawling in 1914. Gin, lime juice, sugar syrup, & club soda. Add a dash of egg white for a foamy texture.
