Western States South Divisional Restaurant Manager ~ 2010-2013 Led 24 restaurant operations within a territory spanning across California, Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada for food quality and consistency, supervising five regional managers, 48 managers and chefs, and over 400 hourly employees. Oversaw a budget of $33,000,0000, while consistently exceeding sales and profitability goals. Oversaw seven different restaurant concepts within the division, which required performing menu analysis and developing training tools to support operations. Maintained outstanding performance despite challenging circumstances, enabling the company to benefit from busy holiday season.
