1. How to apply for the internship at einsAmobile?

Please e-mail the following documents to the TN Manager singh.amar@aiesec.net 1. CV (Curriculum Vitae, in English) 2. Letter of motivation (in English) 3. EP Form (or EP ID) 4. For non-EU citizens: Certificate of enrolment from your university (see below!) a. why? needed to obtain a work permit in Germany! 5. Statement of compulsory traineeship from your university (see below!) a. why? needed to exempt the intern from social insurance fees (20% of gross salary) 6. Filled in EP Acceptance Note If you have any questions, feel free to ask your TN manager.

One important note beforehand:

We cannot accept enrolment certificates or letters about mandatory traineeships on paper with AIESEC logo. Its not AIESEC but the university that certifies the state of being student or the compulsory internship and therefore the certificates should be on university paper with the official stamp of the university!

2. Example for an enrolment certificate:

(The enrolment certificate is required in order to obtain a working permit for Germany. It needs to be in English or German. Otherwise a certified translation to English or German is required.)

The enrolment certificate must contain the following:

<Name & address of university> <Name & date of birth of the student> <Course of study & date of end of studies> (If the student already completed a bachelor/undergraduate program the certificate needs to state that the student will start a masters/graduate degree after returning from the internship.) <Place, date, signature & official university stamp>

3. Example for a letter confirming that the traineeship is mandatory:

(this allows the trainee to work in Germany and not having to pay social insurance fees) <name of university> <address of university> To whom it may concern, hereby we confirm that <name of student>, born <date of birth> is a full time student enrolled at the University <name of university> until <end of studies>. According to the standard of our <name of the course of study>-program <name of student> is required to do an internship in order to finish his/her studies. Usually our students choose a local company, but an international internship program organised by AIESEC is also recognized by our institution. 4. For students who finished their Bachelor:

(If the EP has finished his/her Bachelor, it is still possible to get a work permit and be exempt from the social insurance, if he/she can get the following letter by the university) <name of university> <address of university> To whom it may concern, hereby we confirm that <name of student>, born <date of birth> has completed an Bachelor degree at <name of university>. <name of student> will continue with a master programme at <name of university>. For this it is required to do an internship. Usually our students choose a local company, but an international internship program organised by AIESEC is also recognized by our institution.
