Shell Companies In The Philippines Bags Five
Prestigious Anvil Awards

Shell companies in the Philippines (SciP) bagged five prestigious awards in the 43rd
ANVIL Awards held recently at the Hotel Intercontinental in Makati City.

The Shell National Students Art Competition and Exhibition, an annual event that
supports young Filipino artists, won Awards of Excellence for the staging of its 40th year
under the Institutional & Corporate PR Programs and Tools of PR categories.

Likewise, the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Report 2006 won an Award of
Excellence for Special Publication under the Tools of PR category. The HSE Report is an
annual account of Shell in the Philippines’ performance in the areas of health, safety, and

In addition to three Awards of Excellence, SciP also received two ANVIL Awards of
