Each One Teach One Charitable Foundation (ISO 9001:2008) News Review 2012-13

Each One Teach One (EOTO) is proud to step into our 30th year. 30 years of helping break the cycle of poverty for thousands of underprivileged children by enabling them to become self sufficient and contributing members of society. EOTO was founded by Mrs. Jyoti Tanna in 1983 with only five children and a dream to transform their lives. EOTO has evolved from one woman's dream into a diverse and professional organization with holistic and effective programs and transparent processes. In the 30 years EOTO has been operational, we have experienced many successes and some disappointments. Through it all, our team has remained focused and dedicated to changing the horizon of education for underprivileged children enrolled in municipal and government aided schools. EOTO's team has empowered thousands of underprivileged children to believe in themselves and pursue their dreams. Our success stories include doctors, engineers, accountants, teachers and other professionals. India's growth and development rests on her youth being empowered with knowledge, skills and education. We at EOTO play our small role to further the success of our nation and our people. As someone rightly said "Do very little and still do a lot. Change starts with us." It is in this spirit, we have developed a Five Point Program that acts as a guiding principle: To put the interests of children first To be the best possible source of information and skills To empower children to help themselves To be open, ethical, honest and accountable To recognize and respect the value and diversity of all We are deeply grateful to you and all our donors for the continued and steadfast support. Your donations and support have touched the lives and helped realize the dreams of countless children. We now look forward to scaling Each One Teach One by supporting up to 15000 children in 2013-14. It is our hope that you will continue to partner with us in our mission to transform lives through education.
