Welcome to Grace Church Highlands!
Pharaoh said, Who is the LORD, that I should obey him?... I do not know the LORD? (Exodus 5v2)
Many today may not be as blunt or hard-hearted as Pharaoh was towards God. But many still know neither the LORD nor His Son, Jesus Christ. As we look at Exodus we will see that God acts both to rescue people and to bring judgement on those who set themselves against Him, so that, on that day you will know that I, the LORD, am in this land (Exodus 8v22). Lets look to the new autumn season ahead in expectation of Gods goodness to us and with the same gracious welcome to others that He has shown to us in Christ. We long to encourage friends, guests, and newcomers alike to ask not only Who is the LORD? but to come to believing and obedient faith, so that they in turn will know Christ and share Christ. If you yourself are a newcomer, guest or just a curious visitor, then you are very welcome. We hope and pray that you will find us to be a welcoming church family where you can both belong and believe. Most of the key autumn events are described here. Grace Church Book Club

We will be reading and then meeting to discuss different Christian books. We will read one book a term and meet twice on Sunday evenings. First comefirst served. Sundays 6th Oct and 8th Dec from 7.30-9.00pm.

Christianity Explored gives you the time to think

about the big questions of life, and to explore the life of the person at the heart of the Christian faith Jesus Christ. Thursday evenings from 3rd October. Gents DrinksMondays 7th Oct, 4th Nov and 2nd Dec @9.30pm at the Jolly Farmers. Speak to Adrian Bailey for more details. English Language Support Club

This ministry will continue again this Summer. Immediately after the service most weeks, from 12noon to 1.00pm, we will be running the Club to help those for whom English is not their first language.
