There are two different kinds of nouns in the English language: a) Countable nouns: They refer to what can be counted in individual units. These nouns have both singular and plural forms. E.g. house (singular) houses (plural) They refer to what cannot be counted by means of numbers, therefore they only have a singular form. E.g. money
b) Uncountable nouns:
There are some differences in what is considered countable(that can be counted) and uncountable (that cannot be counted) between English and Spanish.

Please note that these negative forms are written differently, but have the same meaning.
