In consideration of payment of the License Fee, which is a part of the price evidenced by the Receipt, the Licensor grants to the Licensee a nonexclusive right. Biz Secure Labs Pvt. Ltd. reserves all rights not expressly granted, and retains title and ownership of the Software, including all subsequent copies in any media. This Software and the accompanying written materials are copyrighted. Copying of the Software or the written materials is expressly forbidden. You can: - use one copy of the software, identified by a unique license number, on a single computer. - make one copy of the media solely for backup purpose. - install the software on a network, provided you have a unique license number of the software for each computer on the network. You can not: - sublicense, rent or lease any portion of the software. - debug, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, reverse engineer the software MANDATORY ACTIVATION You are required to activate the software by sending in the registration information required to activate your licensed copy as described in Registration Wizard of the Product. You can activate the Product through the use of the Internet or telephone; telephone charges are applicable. You may also need to reactivate the Product if you happen to change any hardware components of your computer system or any network interface card becomes faulty or gets disabled. As the only warranty under this Agreement, and in the absence of accident, abuse or misapplication, Biz Secure Labs Pvt. Ltd. warrants, to the original Licensee only, that the compact disk on which the software is recorded is free from defects in the materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of payment as evidenced by a copy of the Receipt. Biz Secure Lab's only obligation under this Agreement is, at Biz Secure Lab's option, to either (a) return payment as evidenced by a copy of the Receipt or (b) replace the defective disk which is returned to Biz Secure Labs Pvt. Ltd. with the copy of the Receipt within 30 days of purchase of this software. Free Updates and version upgrades for the period of your subscription will be available at our distributors location and you are required to collect and install the same periodically to get desired results. It is your responsibility to keep the software version and its databases up to date for its proper functioning. An old database is clearly indicated with a Red Cross when you run the software. You should contact the technical support persons of Biz Secure Labs Pvt. Ltd. or Distributor for any assistance. Disclaimers : The Software is being delivered to you "AS IS" and Biz Secure Labs Pvt. Ltd. makes no warranty as to its use or performance. Biz Secure Labs Pvt. Ltd. and its distributors do not and cannot warrant the performance or results you may obtain by using the software. In no event will Biz Secure Labs Pvt. Ltd. or its Distributors be liable to you or anyone else for any damages, claims or costs whatsoever for any consequential, direct or indirect, incidental damages, or any lost profits or lost savings including loss of data, arising out of the use or inability to use this software package. Biz Secure Lab's liability if any and that of its Distributors, if justified shall be limited to the amount paid for the software as indicated in the receipt.

Data Backup : You are required to backup your data regularly on a safe media and store it in a safe place. You are required to buy a separate license for each computer system on the network.
