Foundation of the eroding job-shop by Mr. Herbert Walter, Development works for AEG-Elotherm.

1998

Walter-exeron GmbH acquires all rights at the Multiform Erodiertechnik GmbH. (Former Deckel Erodiertechnik). Integration as 100% subsidiary company into the new founded exeron-Multiform GmbH.

1978 1981

First own product die-eroding machine HW 100. Development of the first CNC-4-Axes-Eroding machine Series 200 1998

Digma presents the series HSC 300 with Heidenhain Control iTNC 530.

1985

Presentation of Gantry eroding center exeron 304E at EMO Hannover. Will be considered worldwide as trendsetter still up to date.

2005

exeron takes over the brand DIGMA from Chiron-Werke Tuttlingen. Completion of the previously produced CNC Electrical Discharging Machine (EDM) Centers by a complete series of HSC Processing Centers (High Speed Cutting).

1992

Foundation of DIGMA GmbH. Target: Digitalization machine for tool and mold making. 2008

Move to new factory in Oberndorf. 30 Years eroding machines from exeron and 3 Years HSC-Machines.

1995

mafell Maschinenfabrik Oberndorf (Market leader for Professionalwood working machines) takes over Herbert Walter GmbH as 100% shareholder. Changing the corporate form into Walter-exeron GmbH.
