To apply for your position on the course, you must complete both sides of this form and send it to us with your deposit of 980 (see reverse for payment methods). The balance is due on the first day of the course unless you have chosen to pay by instalments. YOUR COMMITMENT TO US Shillington College is in the business of creating skilled, creative and employable graphic designers. Your teachers are passionate, industry professionals and are committed 100% to your creative development. Our aim is to prepare you for ajob in the graphic design industry. To get the most from the course, we require you to also give 100%. Your learning environment is intended to be a creative design studio, not a school classroom. We require you to contribute to this positive and professional learning environment at all times. We require you to: have access to a computer and the programs out of college hours arrive to every class / from every break on time and stay until the end of each day not miss any more than 4 days (for FT students) or 6 nights (for PT students) during the course dedicate at least 4 hours (for FT students) or 7 hours (for PT students) of your own time for homework each week.

REFUND AND PAYMENT POLICY


All requests for cancellation must be made in writing to the Studio Manager either by post to the address above or by email to contactus@shillingtoncollege.co.uk. You are not officially withdrawn until your request has been acknowledged in writing by the Studio Manager. Withdrawal four weeks or more prior to course commencement; the deposit will be refunded minus a 250 administration fee. Withdrawal between four and two weeks before course commencement; the deposit will not be refunded, unless your position in the class is filled. If your position is filled, your deposit will be refunded minus a 250 administration fee. Withdrawal within two weeks of course commencement; the deposit will not be refunded. Failure to notify the college of withdrawal in writing before 5pm close of business Friday prior to the course commencement results with the applicant being liable for full course fees. If the balance of your course fee is not received by 8am (full-time) or 6pm (part-time) on the first day of the course, we reserve the right tocancel the students enrolment without refund. The student will be liable for the outstanding balance. No refunds to students who withdraw once the course has started. The student will be liable for the outstanding balance. Shillington College reserves the right to cancel courses at its discretion. Any monies paid for a cancelled coursewill be fully refunded. In this case refunds will be made within 2 weeks after the colleges default date. Shillington College reserves the right to change the fees for its courses at its discretion. Please confirm with theCollege to ensure you have the latest application form. Shillington College reserves the right to withdraw anyone from the course who has falsely indicated that theymeet the entry requirements as per this application form. The course fee will not be refunded. Course transfers require four weeks notice prior to course commencement date. Only one course enrolment transfer per student permitted without full loss of deposit. Subsequent withdrawal after transferring also results in a full loss of deposit regardless of period of notice given. No transfers permitted once course has commenced. Refunds of international payments attract a further 30 fee for additional administration costs and exchange rate fluctuations.
