CHAPTER-1 INTRODUCTION 1.

1 INTRODUCTION TO THE STUDY

Training is a process of learning and understanding the sequence of programmed


activities. It is the application of knowledge it gives people on awareness of the rules and procedures

to their behavior. It attempts to improve their performance on the current job or prepare them for an intended job. It is needless to say that every organization needs to have well trained & experienced people to perform the activities that have to be done. If the current or potential job occupant can meet this requirement, training may not be necessary and important. But when this is not the case, always it is necessary to develop the employees skill level and increase the ersatility and adoptability of the employees training and development is not only an activity that is desirable but also an activity that an organization must commit resource to maintain a viable and knowledgeable work force. Training can be defined as the act of increasing the knowledge and skills of an employee for doing a particular job . Employee training is an activity that an organization must commit resource to if it is to maintain a variable and knowledgeable work force . Training is a short-term process utilizing a systematic and organized by which nonmanagerial personnel learn technical knowledge and skills for a definite purpose. The term training is used to indicate the process b which the attitude, skills and abilities of employees to perform specific jobs are increased. Training of any kind should have as its objective the redirection or improvement of behaviours so that the performance of the trainee become more effective and productive for himself concentrates on improvement of their operative skills (the basic skills related to the successful completion of the task), interpersonal skills (how to relate satisfactory causes of action ), or a combination of these.

1.2 NEED OF THE STUDY


By knowing the Systematic judgment of the job satisfaction in VR COMMUNICATION (RELIANCE) By knowing the level of the job satisfaction human resources department can know whether job satisfaction of them is in expected level. If the job satisfaction of them is in expected level. If the job satisfaction level is not satisfactory then they can concentrate on increasing the satisfactory level of employees. The research intends to find out how satisfaction impacts the overall effectiveness of organization. The study ensures better performance of the employees which increases the productivity and profit of the company.

1.3 OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

To know the importance of the training provided for the employees. To understand the need of the training programmme. To evaluate the effectiveness of the training programme. To know the opinion of the employees about the training programme.

1.4 SCOPE OF THE STUDY

This is the exclusive study of check the feasibility to implement the employee
development in VR COMMUNICATION.
