ID15 Maximum loading in minimum space.

ID15 is one of the most high-performance frame supports there is. In spite of its small dimensions, it is a match for high vertical and horizontal loads, and often even without load-discharging tubeand-coupler bracing. Even the different loading of the four posts, as often occurs in practice, is no problem for ID 15. Thanks to its minimal footprint of 1 by 1 meter, the ID 15 support is always in its element on construction sites with difficult conditions, e.g. confined space and high load concentrations. The continuous, torsion-resistant frame, diagonals and jacks are hot-dip galvanized and designed to comfortably withstand even the roughest everyday wear and tear over many years. If large surfaces have to be scaffolded, ID 15 is the right choice for any contractor. Type-tested. The ID 15s type testing yields a wealth of data for all practical situations. The tests were carried out with and without wind loading. Extra inexpensive. ID 15 can be assembled on its side and by a single laborer. Thanks to its inbuilt tension-resistant junctions, lifting it upright and transferring it by crane are no problem, whatever the size of the unit. In addition, and unlike other systems, ID 15 is exceptionally inexpensive to purchase. The desicive advantage is that it combines technical superiority with maximum economy.

ID15 Extra high loading up to 200 kN thanks to exceptional joint rigidity.

Whenever high weight has to be supported even with different loads on each post the frame support ID 15 is in its element. The 4-post diagonally braced structure with a square cross section of 1 meter has become synonymous with maximum strength and safety as a result of its loading capacity up to 200 kN and its unrestricted support height. Ready for immediate use without individual static proofs. When it comes to water towers, silos, bridges or subways, the universal ID 15 is the No. 1 choice in terms of price and performance. Not least as a result of its type testing for all conceivable practical situations. x For free-standing support towers of varying heights x For support towers held at the top x For different loads on each post x With or without wind loading

The type test* helps you to save time and money by easing the workload on your technical staff.

* Available in its current version to DIN 4421. Frame support ID 15 may be used in scaffold classes I, II or III.

ID15 Achieve any height with just 5 system parts.

A model of adaptability. ID 15 support towers can be assembled with 100 cm or 133 cm frames or with combinations of the two and the supplementary parts to achieve the desired height. You can thus steplessly build support towers of any desired height, as the grid of 33 cm is covered by the extension range of the head and base jacks. All the parts are hot-dip galvanized. Theres no problem compensating for uneven ground, height differences and longitudinal or transverse gradients. This is ensured by the swivel-jointed base and bearing plates on the head and base jacks with their 24 cm height adjustment range. ID 15 is the ideal frame support and can be cost-effectively used in any location in difficult conditions on virtually any largescale project. Endless combinations. The individual parts can be flexibly combined for special applications. In the event of large individual loads, reinforcing frames can be fitted. To cope with lesser loads, the combination of individual frames with tubeand-coupler bracing is possible.

The main system parts

slopes up to 6 percent and can be adjusted within a range of 8 to 29.8 cm. ID base jack 38/52 The base jack also compensates for slopes up to 6 percent and has an adjustment range of 8.7 to 30 cm.

ID head jack 38/52 The head jeck discharges loads into the frame support, compensates for

Frame connectors permit the connection of an additional frame at a distance of 27 cm.

ID standard frames 133 and 100 The frames with arithmetic heights of 133.5 and 100 cm respectively are simply slotted into one another during assembly and connected firmly together with the inbuilt locking mechanism.

ID diagonal The diagonal is used for bracing the ID 15 tower. The bottom end is fastened to the cross bar an the top end to the gravity flip of the ID frame.

ID end frame 10 The end frame is employed at the head and base to horizontally brace the frame support.

Supplementary parts
Adjustment frame 33 for height adjustment in successive applications without the entire support having to be completely reassembled. Frame connector for connecting an additional frame to a tower. Head and base piece, rigid, wich can be used if jack adjustment is not needed. ID base jack retainer to secure the base jack during crane handling.

ID15 Quickly and securely assembled by just one man.

The handling of ID 15 couldnt be simpler. All the parts are lightweight and easy to handle. Even inexperienced staff have no trouble getting on with ID 15 straight off a fact demonstrated by many thousands of applications. Recommended to prevent accidents: Horizontal assembly. It takes just one man to quickly assemble an ID 15 tower horizontally. Only 5 different parts have to be fitted. Confusion over the sequence of operations is excluded as the frame and diagonal are always fitted alternately on each side of the tower. Thanks to inbuilt quick-action connectors, the frames are connected together or released with a blow of a hammer. Easily lost small parts are superfluous on this system. Whats more, each element is lightweight and easy to handle, the heaviest weighing just 19 kg. All this permits assembly rates of 0.17 h per rising meter. Low volume thanks to small dimensions. The frames, diagonals and jacks of the ID 15 range can be stacked to save space during storage and transport.

The base jack retainer stops the base jack and base piece dropping out during crane handling and when the horizontal tower is raised into the vertical.

The frames are joined together with quick-action connectors.

The diagonals provide the necessary bracing.
