R.C.C.Work Footing concrete Plinth beam, Floor Beams, Slabs & Column Lintel, roof & sunshade Staircase as per structural drawing All RCC items are in M20 concrete, width/thickness, specifications and reinforcement will be as per Structural drawings. All Block work in cement mortar 1:5 for external wall & Cement mortar 1:5 for internal wall. FOUNDATION Plinth beam top level @ 2 above the Finished Road Level. Plinth beam with necessary reinforcement according to Structural design. Soil refilling till the plinth top level Plinth height will be 2' height from existing Road level. Inside the plinth filling will be done using good quality soil/ excavated soil. P.C.C. 4" thick in cement mortar 1:4:8 will be laid over. Anti Termite treatment will be provided in foundation pits and plinth beam trenches. WALLS 8 solid block for main walls 4 solid block for partition walls 16x8x6/16x8x4 Good quality standard blocks will be used. PLASTERING All internal wall smoothly plastered with Cement mortar 1:5 ratio with lime rendering. External plastering with sponge finish with cement mortar 1:5 ratio Ceiling plastering with cement Mortar 1:3 ratio with lime rendering LINTEL: Cut lintels will be provided above doors & windows opening with necessary sun shade/chajja details. The Bearing of Cut Lintel on wall, and their sizes and reinforcement will be based on structural design. ROOF: R.C.C roof with required number of beams & required centering, bar bending, machine mix concrete with necessary electrical conduit piping. Concrete cube to be tested for 7 and 28 days. De-shuttering to be done as per the relevant IS codes

ELECTRICAL Will involve high end quality of materials used for electrical wiring including metal boxes. Brands to be used are of finolex, Anchor or equivalent. PLUMBING & SANITATION WORK ISI standard PVC pipes to be used for connecting to the main line and PVC pipes and bends to be used for internal connections. Chambers to be provided as per required design and MS cover. All plumbing lines are pressure tested. All water supply lines are of reputed make ISI mark and pressure tested. All necessary provisions to be made as per drawing. NOTE: Steel used is ISI brand Cement should be ultra tech / Zuari/ Coromandel/ Birla or equivalent make. OPC for all concrete works, Block work & Plastering
