mercial, tcnico y marketing en unas modernas instalaciones
situadas en Santa Perpetua de la Mogoda, solo a unos 12 km
de Barcelona, nuestro origen e inspiracin.
Las instalaciones tienen un almacn con una altura de 12 m y
una superfcie de 7.200 m

, adems de 3 plantas de ofcinas y
otros servicios con una superfcie total de 1200 m

Depuis septembre 2012, GRUPO NOVOLUX concentre ses

CONDICIONES DE VENTA

Todos los pedidos cursados implican la aceptacin ntegra, por parte del comprador, de las presentes
Condiciones Generales de Venta.
1. Precios. Para todo tipo de pedido, se aplicar la tarifa vigente en la fecha de recepcin de dicho pedido, con los
descuentos pactados. Para aquellos pedidos que estn fuera del catlogo vigente, as como ejecuciones especiales,
se deber solicitar una
oferta por escrito a G.Novolux. Slo se aplicarn los precios especiales de las ofertas, sobre los pedidos ntegros
de los mismos.
2. Descuentos. La clasicacin y descuento en nuestros productos, vendr jado y negociado con el departamento
comercial.
3. Entregas. En caso de dicultades graves, G.Novolux atender los pedidos en funcin de sus posibilidades. Las
mercancas viajarn por cuenta y riesgo del comprador en FOB o EXW incoterms (segn importe), a no ser que se
acuerden condiciones particulares. Los riesgos concernientes a la devolucin de las mercancas, corrern siempre a
cargo del comprador.
4. Plazos de disponibilidad (franco fbrica). Un pedido no se considerar recepcionado, hasta que la
totalidad del mismo se haya cursado correctamente (referencia, color, accesorios, P.V.P. etc.). Todo plazo puede
verse incrementado a causa de los procesos de expedicin. G.Novolux no incurrir en ninguna responsabilidad ni
penalizacin por el incumplimiento de los mismos.
5. Servicio especial Exo 60 minutos. Nuestro servicio especial Exo 60 minutos garantiza la preparacin del
pedido y su puesta a disposicin del transitario nombrado, en nuestros almacenes en el plazo de 1 hora. Los plazos de
transporte no son responsabilidad de G.Novolux. En este servicio los artculos tendrn un cargo de +6%.
6. Ejecuciones especiales y artculos Bajo Pedido. Cualquier realizacin fuera de catlogo se ha de consultar
de forma individualizada para conocer su viabilidad, precio y plazo de entrega.
7. Proyectos de iluminacin. Como servicio adicional y gratuito a nuestros clientes, disponemos de nuestro propio
Departamento Tcnico de Proyectos, donde pueden consultar cualquier necesidad lumnica de interior y exterior. El
nivel de prestacin de
nuestras realizaciones, se adecua a las necesidades de cada proyecto.
8. Calidad. Los productos suministrados por G.Novolux, cumplen con la Norma Europea que marcan las directivas
73/23 CEE+93/68 CEE indicndose de forma Visible tanto en el producto como en su caja exterior. Adems, de
haber sido sometidos a rigurosos controles de calidad que garantizan su correcto funcionamiento. G.Novolux, trabaja
permanentemente para mejorar y adecuar sus productos. Por ello, nos reservamos el derecho a modicar, suprimir
o ampliar nuestros productos sin previo aviso, y sin que ello sea motivo de reclamaciones. Dependiendo de los

funcionamiento imputables a su fabricacin. G.Novolux no asume la responsabilidad en la mala utilizacin y aplicacin
de sus productos. La responsabilidad de G.Novolux se limita al precio del producto defectuoso, y no le ser exigible
ninguna otra responsabilidad por garanta o cualquier otro concepto, explcita o implcita, salvo la aqu establecida.
Las intervenciones a ttulo de garanta no tendrn como efecto la prolongacin de la duracin de la misma. La nica
obligacin de G.Novolux es la substitucin del producto o del elemento reconocido defectuoso. El Departamento
Tcnico de G.Novolux es el nico autorizado para determinar si se trata de un defecto de fabricacin. Nuestros
productos perdern su garanta en caso de que sean manipulados indebidamente o instalados incorrectamente.
Quedan excluidos de la garanta los defectos y deterioros causados por el desgaste o uso, por accidente exterior,
mantenimiento defectuoso, o por el uso inadecuado del producto no especicado ni autorizado previamente por el
vendedor.
10. Reserva de propiedad. G.Novolux se reserva el derecho de propiedad de todos los materiales que suministre,
hasta que el comprador haya hecho efectivo el pago total de los mismos.
11. Jurisdiccin. Para cualquier discrepancia o litigio que se derive de las citadas Condiciones Generales de Venta,
ambas partes se someten a la competencia de los Juzgados y Tribunales de Barcelona, con expresa renuncia a su
fuero propio.
12. Ecoraee (solo para Espaa) La Directiva 2002/96/CE del Parlamento Europeo, modicada en su artculo
9 de la Directiva 2003/108/CE, transpuesta a la Legislacin Espaola con el R.D. 208//200/ (RAEE) establece un
coste de reciclaje, aplicable
a productos acabados.
G.Novolux est adherida al S.I.G. ECOLUM (nmero de inscripcin en el REI-RAEE 002041) quien ja las categoras
y valores de tasa.
SALES CONDITIONS
For any placed order the customer fully accepts the General Conditions of Sale.
1. Prices. We will always apply prices and discounts prevailing on the date of purchase request received. For
product orders outside the current catalogue as well as special products, a quotation has to be requested in written
to G.Novolux. For special offers in written, prices apply only on those special offers and if the purchase is at least the
amount of items indicated on the quotation, otherwise the nal price may vary.
2. Discounts. Product discount will be negotiated at the sales department with your relationship manager.
3. Deliveries. In the event of serious difculties attend G.Novolux orders according to their possibilities. The goods
travel at buyers risk. Incoterms FOB or EXW will apply depending on the net purchasing amount, unless other
conditions are agreed. The risks concerning the return of the goods, will always be paid by the buyer.
4. Availability and delivery times. Any order may not be considered as fully received until the order has been
properly placed -full details have been indicated such as full reference, accessories, R.R.P.- Any period can be
increased because of the delivery process. G.Novolux not incur any liability or penalty for breach thereof.
5. Special service G.Novolux 60 minutos. (Within Spain)Our special service G.Novolux 60 minutos ensures
your order being prepared and delivered to your forwarder within an hour. Transport times are not the responsibility
of G.Novolux. Please note this service will increase the total amount of your invoice by +6%. G.Novolux 60 minutos
service is always an EXW service
6. Special designs and articles made-to-order. Any special requirement or made-to-order product has to be
requested on a project basis to ensure viability and conrm price and delivery time.
7. Lighting Projects. As an additional free service to our customers, we have our own Light Projecting Department,
available for any indoor or outdoor lighting queries. The project development of our Lighting Projecting Department, is
adapted to the needs of each project.
8. Quality Standards. Products supplied by G.Novolux, meet the European standard mark EEC directives
73/23 +93 / 68 EEC those certications are visibly marked both on the product and on its outer case. Those
products have also passed strict quality tests to ensure proper operation. G.Novolux, works constantly to improve
and adapt their products. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify, replace or expand our products without
prior notice and without a cause for complaints. Depending on the manufacturing and materials for maximum
optimization time, G.Novolux recommended maintenance works regularly as required.

replacement during this period will be free of charge if faulty on origin or malfunction due to manufacturing.
G.Novolux assumes no responsibility for the misuse and application of its products. The responsibility for
G.Novolux is limited to the defective products, and is not required any other warranty or liability for any other
reason, express or implied, other than stated herein. Interventions by way of security shall not have the effect of
prolonging the duration of it. G.Novolux sole obligation is the replacement of the product or component found
defective. G.Novolux Technical Department is the sole authority to determine whether it is a manufacturing defect.
Our products will lose their warranty if they are improperly Ternid or installed incorrectly. Excluded from warranty
defects and damage caused by wear or use by foreign accident, faulty maintenance, or misuse of the product
specied or approved in advance by the seller.
10. Property rights. G.Novolux remains the owner of any materials sold until a full payment for those products
has been issued to us. Please note, in case of failing to pay all products due to pay may be repossessed.
11. Jurisdiction. Any dispute or litigation arising either from the General Conditions of Sale or any other matter
regarding our company, both parties agree unconditionally to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona
(SPAIN), expressly waiving their
own jurisdiction.
CONDITIONS GNRALES DE VENTE

Toutes les commandes passes impliquent lacceptation intgrale, de la part de lacheteur, des

1. Prix. Pour toutes les types de commandes, on appliquera les frais en vigueur la date de rception de la
demande, avec les rductions convenues. Pour les commandes qui soient en dehors du catalogue actuel, ainsi
que pour les excutions spciales, elles doivent tre commandes avec une demande par crit G.Novolux.
Uniquement vont tre appliqus les prix des offres spciales sur les commandes intgres de ceux-ci.
2. Rductions. La classication et les rductions sur nos produits, seront xes et ngocies avec le
dpartement de ventes.
3. Livraisons. Dans le cas davoir de graves difcults, G.Novolux satisfera les commandes en fonction de ses
possibilits. Les marchandises vont voyager au compte et risque de lacheteur dans des FOB ou EXW incoterms
(en fonction du montant), sauf si des conditions concrtes ont t convenues. Les risques lis la restitution des
marchandises, seront toujours chargs sur lacheteur.
4. Dlais de disponibilit (dpart usine). Une commande ne sera pas compltement reue jusqu ce
que sa totalit ne soit retrace correctement (rfrence, couleur, accessoires, PVP ,etc.).Tout dlai peut tre
augment cause des processus dmission. G.Novolux nencourra aucune responsabilit ou pnalit pour le
manquement des processus dmission.
5. Service spcial de G.Novolux 60 minutes. (Seulement Espagne).Notre service spcial G.Novolux 60
minutes garantit la prparation de la commande et sa mise disposition par le transitaire dsign en 1 heure
dans notre entrept. Les temps de transport ne sont pas esponsabilit de G.Novolux. Les produits dans ce
service auront un frais additionnel de 6% du prix.
6. Excutions spciales et articles sur demande. Toute ralisation en dehors du catalogue doit tre
consulte individuellement dans le but de mesurer sa faisabilit, son prix et son dlai de livraison.
7. Projets dclairage. Comme un service supplmentaire et gratuit adress nos clients, nous avons notre
prope Dpartement Technique de Projects, o on peut consulter tout besoin dclairage la fois intrieur et
extrieur. Le niveau de performance de nos ralisations sadapte aux besoins de chaque projet.
8. Qualit. Les produits fournis par G.Novolux, rpondent aux directives europennes 73/23 CEE et 93 / 68
CCE qui obligent indiquer sous la forme Visible la fois le produit et son enveloppe extrieure. En plus, ils
ont t soumis de rigoureux contrles qualit an de garantir leur bon fonctionnement. G.Novolux, travaille
constamment amliorer et adapter ses produits. Par consquent, nous nous rservons le droit de modier,
supprimer ou dvelopper nos produits sans pravis et sans devenir motif de plainte. En fonction des matriaux
de fabrication et pour une optimisation maximale du temps, G.Novolux recommande de raliser les travaux de
maintenance avec la rgularit ncessaire.
9. Garantie. Tous les produits G.Novolux, ont une priode de garantie de 2 ans compter partir de la date
dachat. Pendant cette priode de temps, seront remplacs gratuitement tous les produits qui puissent souffrir
des dysfonctionnements imputables la fabrication. G.Novolux nassume aucune responsabilit de la mauvaise
utilisation et/ou mauvaise application de ses produits. La responsabilit de G.Novolux est limite au prix du
produit dfectueux et ne pourra pas tre exigible par aucune autre responsabilit ou aucun autre concept,
explicite ou implicite, exception de celle-ci-dessus. Les interventions titre de garantie nauront pas leffet de
prolonger la dure de celle-ci. La seule obligation de G.Novolux est le remplacement du produit dfectueux
ou de llment reconnu comme dfectueux. Le Dpartement Technique de G.Novolux est le seul autoris
dterminer sil sagit dun dfaut de fabrication. Nos produits perdent leur garantie ds quils sont manipuls
incorrectement ou mal installs. Sont exclus de la garantie les dfauts et dtriorations causs par lusure ou
lutilisation, par des accidents lextrieur, par un mauvais entretien ou par une mauvaise utilisation du produit
non spci ni approuv au pralable par le vendeur.
10. Rserve de proprit. G.Novolux se rserve le droit de proprit de tous les matriaux quil puisse fournir,
jusqu ce que lacheteur ai fait le paiement intgral de tous ceux-l.
11. Juridiction. Pour tout malentendu ou litige dcoulant des Conditions Gnrales de Vente ci-dessus, les
deux parties se soumettent la juridiction des Tribunaux de Barcelone, renonant expressment leur propre
juridiction.
