Includes equipment and products where continued performance or performance on-demand is critical. (Life Support (Medical equipment), Warfare equipment (missiles), High End Frame Server, Flight Control System and Aerospace) Customer: Honeywell, Thales Avionics Equipment and products where continued performance or performance on-demand is critical. Equipment downtime cannot be tolerated and equipment must function when required.

First Article
First Article Inspection is one of the primary methods for the "inspection and testing of vendor components. FAIR purpose to provide objective evidence that all engineering design and specification requirements are properly understood, accounted for, verified, and documented to provide a consistent documentation requirement. FAIR must meet AS9102 aerospace standard that consist 3 main form: Form 1 Part Number Accountability Form 2 Product Accountability Form 3 Characteristic Accountability, Verification and Compatibility Evaluation

Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA)

Manage receiving inspection operation for inspection of raw materials received from suppliers / customer / other Celestica sites. Initiate IQA MRB meeting to reduce and control materials inventory in Most Responsible Physician (MRP) and Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) areas. Prevent non-conforming materials escape from incoming inspection to production floor. Execute supplier Quality Performance Measure (STS) / Skip Lot inspection program at IQA. Support SSE on raw material First Article Inspection (FAI).
