as its National President, where as he is the Chairman of the INLD Parliamentary Board, likewise Shri Ajay Singh Chautala might be active member of the party INLD but these both father and son Om Parkash Chautala and Ajay Sigh Chautala convicted by the Court of law for more than 10 years then how they can be a member, National President and Chairman of the INLD Parliamentary Board after conviction, these both two persons are violated INLD main eligibility conditions. As per the name will attract the provisions of Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1950 under item 7 of Schedule, if:(4) it connotes Government?s participation or patronage unless circumstances justify it. Certain words in a name may give the impression of Government?s patronage. Such words are ?National , National Institute of, - National Council of, University, Indian Institute of, Indian Council of, etc. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive.
