T he candidate has to appear for the examination wher e he has been allotted to the examination. C hange of centr e or venue is not per mitted. C andidates should be present in the E xamination hall at 08.30 A M . Bring this M emorandum of A dmission (H all ticket) to the E xamination hall and produce the same in the Registration counters for marking attendance along w ith thumb impression through biometric sensors. O nly after proper Registration, candidates w ill be assigned w ith a sy stem for appearing the C omputer Based Test/E xamination. C andidates should giv e their U ser id and P assw ord to login the sy stem (S ent to y our mobile/email immediately after the submission of online application for this post). U ser ID and P assw ord are printed in the H all Ticket. N ecessary instructions w ill be display ed on the screen. C andidates can v isit w w w .tnpsc.gov .in for M ock test to get used to the C omputer Based Test. O n the day of examination, the candidates w ill be prov ided w ith a blank w orking sheet for rough w ork. They hav e to w rite their w rite their Register N umber and Q uestion P aper V ersion. C andidates can do the rough w ork in the rough w orking sheet only . A fter the examination, all the candidates hav e to handov er the rough w orking sheets to the C hief Inv igilators for onw ard transmission of the same to the C ommissions office. C andidate is admitted to the examination prov isionally based on the information furnished by him/her in the online application. If at any stage, the information by him/her is found to be incorrect and does not confirm to the prov isions announced in the C ommissions N otification for this post, Instructions to the candidates, and other Rules this regard, his/her application w ill be rejected summarily w ithout any notice. M ere admission to the examination w ill not confer any right on the candidature. H is / H er candidature shall be prov isional at all stages and the C ommission has reserv ed the right to reject it at any stage as per the rules of the C ommission. C andidates are not allow ed to bring P ager, C ellular P hone, C alculator and Watches and Ring w ith built in C alculator/M emory , N otes and Books, etc., or any other E lectronic Dev ice or Recording Dev ice as separate piece or part of something used by the candidate to the E xamination H all. C ommission has the right to frisk the candidates if necessary . If the P hoto of the C andidate is not found or not clear in the H all Ticket, he/she should furnish a separate P hoto affixed on a plain paper, by w riting his/her N ame, A ddress, Register N umber duly signed by him/her and got attested by a G ov ernment O fficer belonging to G roup A or B w ho know s him/her personally and handov er it, to the C hief Inv igilator. Xerox copy of M emo of A dmission should also be enclosed for reference. H e/S he should also giv e an undertaking to the C hief Inv igilator that he/she is a genuine candidate and aw are that he/she is liable for criminal/penal action by the C ommission, if the information furnished by him/her is found to be incorrect on a future date C andidates are admitted to the examination in the optional subject in w hich he/she opted in the online application. H is / H er preference of post w ill be finalized on the basis of the optional subject and E ducational Q ualification prescribed for that post. The attention of the candidate is draw n to the instruction N o.41 of Instructions to the candidates appearing for O bjectiv e ty pe examination and he / she is informed that his / her representation, if any , regarding defects in questions should be sent to the C ommission w ithin 7 day s from the date of examination.
