Duvalco Valves traces its heritage back to 1956 in the Netherlands, with the design and manufacture of high-quality butterfly valves for the marine and civil engineering industries. Following the success and development of its product, Duvalco quickly branched out to other industries, innovative products and new areas of the world. Today, Duvalcos products are successfully installed in all corners of the globe and across a wide spectrum of industries.

As Duvalco has grown, it also expanded its product line to include gate valves, check valves and air valves to further serve market requirements. In addition to its well-known air and reputable butterfly valves, Duvalco further incorporated the Blakeborough Free-Acting Check Valve and Resilient-Seated Gate Valve to its product portfolio - bringing over 150 years of design excellence and product experience to its customers.

Duvalco Valves currently offers a full range of valves for professional engineers and system designers, including butterfly, gate, check, air valves and associated accessories. We manufacture according to strict international standards and, similarly, can custom-design a valve to meet our customers needs.

Product innovation is at the core of Duvalco Valves commitment to the market. The butterfly valve designs that we developed in the 1950s are still used across several industries. Our Free-Acting Check Valve was and continues to be a revolutionary product, allowing our customers to protect their valuable equipment from reverse flow with a fast, non-slam valve design without the need for weights and levers. More recently, our in-house polymer team and our manufacturing processes allow us to offer cutting-edge technology to ensure precision moulding and bonding of our engineered rubber liners. Tian Jin Factory:

Dedicated machinery allows us to offer in-house production up to our largest sizes. We have full sets of machining, assembling, painting and testing facilities in our premises to support our production units. Duvalco offers a comprehensive range of standard valves in any configuration. In addition to supplying standard-type valves, one of our strengths is to devise solutions tailored to the specific requirements of our customers and to this end we operate on the basis that there are no problems, only solutions.

Wu Xi Factory:
Rubber is the important component part of the valve and in order for us to offer the highest quality and reliability product, we have our own in-house rubber gasket production and wedge encapsulation. Rubber formulation by our UK partner and is to WRAs approval. Inhouse rubber testing equipments to carry out batch testing of each rubber vulcanisation on mechanical strength cum ageing test to ensure good elasticity on valve seal over the required operation life of the valve.

Holland Factory:
Duvalco starts to provide engineering solutions and production from this factory. It witness the growth of Duvalco thorough the years. It carries more then 50 years experience with butterfly valves production and high quality engineering solutions. Our motivated, enthusiastic, good experienced and skilled employees always deliver highest quality products for both standard and custom-make valves in accordance with international and custom standards. With our extensive array of testing equipment, every aspect is tested thoroughly to assure the valves meet the requirements of our customers.
