Aside from trees there are also a lot of tall grasses around the park which we will turn into clubhouse, mini chapel, and mini golfcourse for those visitors and investors who wants to relax and enjoy for a while. Employees inside different business in the park will now have good shelter because we will provide them a certain place that will be comfortable for them. Guards which are on duty for about 24 hours will have a better guard house for them to Motivate and feel important. Implementation Plan Establishing a plan for the industrial land sites with the greatest development potential will enhance EmarrQ.inc success rate for recruiting target businesstypes. At this time, we do not recommend constructing a speculative building for industrial use because it is unlikely the investment will earn a return within an acceptable time.

Develop a specific plan, including site layout, infrastructure needs and cost estimates for improvements, to transform the property into a marketable industrial park.

Working with landowners and real estate brokers, prepare an inventory of available industrial buildings and land sites, which details properties, infrastructure/utilities, and maps.

Since the park also wishes to have commercial buildings, potential land sites need to be prepared for occupancy. Retail and service companies expect quality real estate options that are "turn-key" with minimal tenant improvements to move-in and open for business.
