Twist Grip Safety Control

All AWG LANCIER Rescue Systems rescue tools are equipped with the patented Twist Grip Safety Control. The control valve is operated by a twist of the wrist. The technical highlight of this precise and sensitive control are internal pressure relief valves. They prevent pressure-boosting inside the tool e. g. in the event of an incomplete connection of the return line. Since this safety feature is internal, no hydraulic oil is released into the atmosphere, protecting both the operator and the environment.

Automatic Manifolds
Automatic Manifolds are available as standard equipment or as an upgrade for many LANCIER power units. The Auto-Valve allows the alternate operation of two connected tools without manual switch-over. This eliminates the need for an operator at the pump in many cases.

Safe Quick Connect Couplings

AWG LANCIER Rescue Systems Rescue Tools are equipped with an easy to use SINGLE-coupling system. High and low pressure lines can be connected or disconnected with just one coupling. This saves time and allows for the crew a save and professional operation of the equipment. 360 full time swivel and coupling even under pressure. Reduces stress and tension on the high pressure line and ensures a save operation for the rescue crew.

Hydro Light Hose

The new Hydro Light Twin Hose with safety factor 4:1 from AWG LANCIER Rescue Systems saves weight and space. The smaller diameter reduces weight by 50 % compared to conventional hoses. The smaller bending radius makes work easier and handling of the equipment safer for the rescue crew. Due to these attributes AWG LANCIER Rescue Systems was able to minimize all hose reels, thus utilising the confined spaces in rescue vehicles in a much better way.

The new battery operated hydraulic power units of LANCIER Hydraulic offer optimal wearing comfort for quick operation actions in restricted areas. Both hands are free for rescuing actions because of their back-pack layout. The light-weight and compact units can be carried easily even through narrow staircases and along great distances.
