PETITION TO DETERMINE PRESENT MENTAL CONDITION OF AN IMPRISONED PRISONER COMES NOW, the United States of America, by and through the United States Attorney for the Western District of Missouri, and moves the Court for a hearing on the present mental condition of ROBERT KNOTT pursuant to the provisions of Title 18, United States Code, Section 4245. WHEREFORE, plaintiff moves this Court for a hearing to determine the present mental condition of ROBERT KNOTT for the Court's order finding that ROBERT KNOTT is suffering from a mental disease or defect for the treatment of which the defendant is in need of custody in a suitable facility; and, for the Court's order committing ROBERT KNOTT to the custody of the Attorney General for hospitalization and treatment in a suitable facility until ROBERT KNOTT is no longer in need of such care or treatment in such a facility or until the expiration of his sentence of imprisonment.
