WHEREFORE, plaintiff moves this Court for a hearing to determine the present mental condition of ROBERT KNOTT for the Court's order finding that ROBERT KNOTT is suffering from a mental disease or defect for the treatment of which the defendant is in need of custody in a suitable facility; and, for the Court's order committing ROBERT KNOTT to the custody of the Attorney General for hospitalization and treatment in a suitable facility until ROBERT KNOTT is no longer in need of such care or treatment in such a facility or until the expiration of his sentence of imprisonment.
