A Proposal for Campus Recruitment Training Offered by

SuccessKey Training Private Limited

SuccessKey offers Campus Recruitment Training Programs to help your students get selected
in the on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives being conducted by IT, BPO and other companies. For the Final Year and the Pre-final Year students, we offer training on the following FOUR components: a. Training for the APTITUDE Written Tests Quantitative Ability (Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry), Reasoning Ability Logical and Critical) and Verbal Ability (Vocabulary, Grammar and b. Training for the GROUP DISCUSSIONS GD Patterns of various companies, Generating content for various topics, Presentation Skills, Body Language, Interpersonal Skills, Team Working Skills, Leadership Skills, Creative Thinking Skills, Coping with difficult situations in a GD, etc c. Training for the HR Interview Interview patterns of various companies: Standard interviews, Behavioral interviews and Stress interviews; Appropriate responses to FAQs in the HR round, demonstrating strengths to suit the HR requirement, Questions to ask the recruiter, demonstrating appropriate attitude through body language, etc. d. Training for preparing effective RESUME Types of resumes, components to be included, font type and size to be used, using action words, highlighting strengths through appropriate presentation, etc There are THREE programs that you can choose from, depending on the duration that you prefer. Most of the colleges opt for PROGRAM B, which is for 36 hours, while some colleges prefer PROGRAM C for 72 hours. Program A: 18 hours (Analytical, Comprehension)

a. All prices shall be exclusive of ST as applicable. b. Minimum number of students per batch shall be 60. c. Depending on your requirement, we can conduct weekend sessions throughout the semester or at a stretch during the vacation period. d. All programs are meant to train the students to clear the Aptitude Written Tests, GDs and Interviews of IT and BPO companies including and not limited to: SATYAM, INFOSYS, WIPRO, TCS, COGNIZANT, ACCENTURE, SONATA, SYNTEL, CARITOR, VIRTUSA, INTEL, IBM, KANBAY, COVANSYS, FLEXTRONICS, etc.

Please Note Workshops will be offered in English. All Workshops on Soft Skills / training for GDs and Interviews employ Experiential Learning Methodologies, as follows:

For the II YEAR students we offer a comprehensive module on SOFTSKILLS including the following topics (the duration can be a minimum of 36 hours to a maximum of 72 hours and can be spread over two semesters): a. Goal Setting b. Proactiveness c. Interpersonal Skills d. Team working Skills e. Presentation Skills & Body Language f. Decision Making / Problem Solving g. Creative Thinking h. Assertiveness i. j. Negotiation Skills Tolerance to Ambiguity

For the I year students we offer a comprehensive module on COMMUNICATION SKILLS including the following topics (the duration can be a minimum of 36 hours to a maximum of 72 hours and can be spread over two semesters): a. Vocabulary: Practical strategies for vocabulary building: Synonyms, Antonyms and Analogies b. Grammar: Practice exercises for constructing grammatically correct sentences c. Comprehension: Techniques to increase reading speed and enhance comprehension d. Listening Skills e. Speaking Skills: Including Presentation Skills, Debating, Elocution and GDs

SuccessKeys Training Methodology


Our training sessions are not lecture-based or seminar-oriented, they are activitybased and focus on experiential learning Not more than 20% of the total session time constitutes concept based inputs 80% of the session time is spent for participative training activities including and not limited to Role Plays, Case Studies, Simulations, In-basket exercises, Assessment through scientifically reliable and valid questionnaires, Management games, etc and other experiential learning methodologies

Training Schedule

A typical Training Day shall run from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm with a break of one hour from 1 pm to 2 pm for lunch, and a short break of 10 minutes each after every 90 minutes.

Courseware for the Participants

The following courseware shall be given to every participant depending on the training session: a. Handouts relevant to various participative activities which are a part of the session b. Reference material relevant to the topic for the training session

Who are the Trainers?

Our Training Team comprises of professional trainers who have trained students in more than 40 colleges. Mr. Bhaskar Karampudi is one of our Senior Trainers, and is supported by a couple of other trainers who have an aggregate of more than 1300 mandays of training experience. Mr. Bhaskar Karampudi is a management graduate with specialization in Human Resources. He has spent almost 13 years in the industry, in both public and private sectors put together, out of which the recent 6 years have been with complete focus on Training & Development, Competence Assessment and Mapping, and related areas. Mr. Karampudi has trained more than 35000 individuals and around 50 teachers. He has been a resource person in a number of Faculty Development Programs, including the NAC sponsored event at CMS, GITAMS, Vizag, and the one at GNIT, Hyderabad. He has till date conducted Train-The-Trainer program for more than 80 trainers in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Kerala, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh on Aptitude, Communication Skills and Soft Skills. He is a regular contributor of articles on Soft Skills in ENGLISH in EENADU PRATIBHA PLUS. Our trainers have also conducted workshops on Behavioral Skills / Soft Skills for employees of companies including MICROSOFT (WEBHELP), Cognizant Technology Services (CTS), Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), etc.
