Uniformance Process Studio integrates applications for viewing, analyzing, and displaying data so users can start building trends and reviewing graphics with little or no training. Uniformance Process Studio provides highly configurable navigation, trending and graphics for the most advanced user. Uniformance Process Studio can also integrate with 3 party historians using OPC HDA.

Uniformance Process Studio provides the right platform for an appealing easy user experience, yet with the advanced features needed to perform engineering analysis to uncover whats really going on with your process. Intuitive Tools Uniformance Process Studio is designed so the average user can get started with little or no training, allowing them to become instantly productive. Using Uniformance Process Studio is as easy as selecting tags and dropping them onto a trend or table. Commonly used functions are easily accessed using simple drop down menus and options on the ribbon bar.

Flexible and Easy Trending

The Uniformance Process Studio trend is designed with ease of use in mind. Basic functions such as adding tags and setting times are enabled by a single click, so the engineers time is spent analyzing the process, not manipulating the tool. Many commonly used options are available through simple drop down controls, such as selecting trend times and sampling methods.

Uniformance Process Studio Other advanced features may be configured using the context menus. Uniformance Process Studio provides a variety of trend styles for use depending on the type of analysis being performed. Available trend styles include: Single scale Strip chart Multiple Y axis XY correlation Histogram SPC X-bar, R chart\ display can also automatically refresh the display, allowing the user to monitor current process conditions.

Display building is provided through Honeywells HMIWeb display builder. The display builder includes a rich set of data controls, including an extensive shape library. Graphics may be built very simply, or may include advanced dynamic behaviors and scripting to meet very sophisticated graphics requirements.

Experion PKS Graphics Reuse

In addition to the ability to build new graphics, for the Experion PKS user, Uniformance Process Studio provides tools to leverage existing graphics without having to build separate graphics for the operator and end user, saving hours of graphics building.

Event Tables and Trends

Beginning with R310, UPS provides two new applications to view and analyze event data from PHD R300 and R310. Event Table - Displays all the events for a given time span in a tabular format, with different column layouts available to suit the type of events being displayed. Users can filter events using multiple criteria. Event Trend - Displays events in a graphical, timeseries format. Users can group and filter the events by separate "categories".

Users can use these applications separately or together on a dashboard. By combining event displays, trends and graphics in The Dashboard capability also provides the user a mechanism to view the status of numerous trends, making it easy to monitor the status of several processes or pieces of equipment at once. The trends use a common time display, ensuring they stay in sync at all times. a dashboard, users are able to navigate all of these displays using a single time control.

Excel Add-in
Engineers frequently rely on Microsoft Excel for calculations, adhoc analysis and reporting. Uniformance PHD provides an easy to use add-in known as Excel Companion, which offers simple yet powerful functions to extract PHD data in a variety of formats. Uniformance Process Studio provides easy integration with Excel Companion, allowing the user to seamlessly transition from a trend or table into Excel at the click of a button.

Uniformance Process Studios graphic building technology provides a rich graphics environment that helps the user easily understand current and past process performance. Licensing
Uniformance Process Studio has very flexible licensing to support a variety of user needs. Basic User A standard set of trending, table, Excel add-in, and workspace capabilities for Uniformance PHD are included with every PHD server license. Advanced User Advanced User licenses allow the user to take their tools to the next level. An Advanced user license includes all of the basic tools, and adds the ability to use graphics, analysis plots, event tables and trends, and connect to 3rd party systems using OPC HDA. Advanced Developer The Developer license is focused on individuals who develop UPS graphics. In addition to Basic and Advanced features, the developer license enables display building and Experion display migration.
