When the Son of man cometh, shall He find faith on the Earth (Luke 18:8) You can only be saved not by coming to Jesus but by coming into Jesus and dwelling in Him. The entire gospel is all about Jesus and Jesus is all about what God did to get us back to himself. All the true religions of the world are about what we can do to get back to God and to dwell forever in the beauty, and glories of His presence. What can we then do to get back to God? From Abel's sacrifice of profound appreciation to an unseen God, to Abraham release of his only son as sacrifice in obedience to God, even Noah's construction of a titanic like Ark for 50 years upon a desert located miles away from the sea shore in simple obedience to a divine order which would seem senseless to human reasoning, to Shedrach, Mesach, and Abedinego and Daniel walking courageously into peril, there is only one common factor!!! Something common stands out clearly in all these situations: faith reinforced by absolute obedience. Faith and obedience are the critical foundation for a positive relationship with God and the only way back to Heaven rather than hell. Our problem with faith is similar to that of Abraham. Abraham had been promised a multitude of descendants, even while he was still childless. As each year passed, the promise seemed more unlikely. Abraham questioned it sometimes, and he also tried to work it out in his own ways. But God had not promised Abraham descendants based on Abraham's own effort or physical ability. God promised according to God's own plan and His work. There is a huge difference. Though Abraham had become feeble at the age of 100 and the wife Sarah had also become productively irrelevant at the age of 90 yet God had remained consistently faithful through the birth of Isaac even at such an old age - for with God nothing is impossible. What exactly is your problem, your affliction, your sorrow or fear? Once again, the awesome God of the Universe is using your situation as a believer to demonstrate His unsearchable power and mysterious way before the unbelieving world of wickedness. The answer and solution to your problem are shrouded in the mystery of God, to be unfolded at the time purposed by Him and not on your anxiety, worry, and fear. Until the Lord has perfected His purpose for your trial, possibly to cleanse you from your age-old sins which might have convicted you into hell but now you have found mercy before Him and your name is being written in the Book of Life or to refine you through spiritual fire in preparation for an uncommon glory, or to gain your attention and return you back to Himself from the worldly distraction, you have to remain patiently anchored on faith, strong in praise worship,

and totally submissive to His laws and commands. To do otherwise, by living in worries, fear, sorrow and exasperation is to submit yourself to spiritual suicide - reversing or cancelling the good work the Lord is doing behind the scene in your life. Your worries can only sap you of your joy and peace of mind today without any guarantee of solution for tomorrow. Faith is to believe what you do not yet see, the reward of this faith is to see what you believe. If you don't have faith and trust in the Lord your worship is vain. Indeed this world appears doomed!!!. In a generation where perversion, adultery, idolatry, homosexuality, and craze for wealth, power, rank, position and fame have totally rendered the eyes blind, the ears deaf, the mouths dump and the hearts completely blocked to the clarion call unto Salvation, can there still be an handful members of unwavering faith in any house of worship, ready for rapture? This generation is indeed doomed - be vigilant, don't be drawn away by the deceptive glamour. The endorsements of powerful politicians, celebrities, Royals, the wealthy and judges are now daily celebrated as insignia & approval for sins and justification for every ungodliness. New laws are made and new moral standards are set to counter the laws and righteousness of God. Never in history has the authority of God, His righteousness and love been so grossly abused and recklessly challenged- clearly the end of time is at the door. The condemned people of Sodom & Gomorrah reduced to ashes by fire and brimstone would be canonized as Saints when compared with the people of this generation!!!. Examine yourself, are you like the Cripple at the gate of the Temple called Beautiful (Act 3:7) who was ever busy thinking of how much he would collect and take home daily from people coming into the Temple for afternoon Standing Prayer? He was completely removed from the temple, the presence of the Lord and from the grace of Salvation until Peter and John through divine declaration raised him up on his feet from the bondage of money and brought him into the temple and God's presence. So are many worshippers, though physically present in the church are completely withdrawn into slavery of worries, anxieties, fear and frustration about their problems or in obsession of mega lottery winning. Or are you like the woman who had been plagued by a spirit of infirmity for eighteen years and was bent and could in no way stand straight, yet remained devoted and ever present in the temple. "And when Jesus saw her, He called her and said unto her, woman you are loosen from your infirmity." And Jesus laid his hand on her and immediately she was made straight, and she was glorifying God. Luke 13:10-13. Christ is in charge, not one strand of your hair will be lost, you can never lose the battle because it is of the Lord - the Lord has nailed your sins and your doubt to the Cross and Christ has risen; stop nailing Christ to the Cross again while resurrecting your doubt through your faithlessness. The mindset of God is easy for all to read. The God who laid down His son's life is the God who hears our prayer today, who carefully watches over us and who will ensure that we are delivered from all our trials. Have you ever seen a passionate lover making such a supreme sacrifice and then walking away from the loved ones. God is a King who would fight epic battles and pay enormous costs for His desired bride. He is a Ruler whose promises and loyalties are not turned off by rejection or rebellion. He is a great Warrior who has never and will never lose any battle. He is a Mastermind who executed a perfect, strategy across diverse millennia and cultures in order to defeat His enemies. Believe Him, trust His and unfailing power and faithfulness. Cheer up, live a radiant life and your trials will soon become a testimony of uncommon joy and glory for He is God Almighty. You are indeed already delivered. Amen.
