EXHAUST SYSTEM Exhaust Piping

Designing and supplying of exhaust piping as per the technical specs and data sheets from the heavy duty residential / hospital silencer of the DG set up to B840the required height above the building. The piping shall be suitable for the DG sets of 250 KVA ratings. Supports as per local pollution control board and MOEF guide lines for DG sets. Please note that all pipes shall be supported with spring loaded suspenders to avoid transmission of vibration to the civil structure. Average length from each DG set to Silencer inlet 1.5 meters, total approx. length Exhaust pipes of 6" dia 'B' class MS pipe with 50 mm thick thermal lagging of mineral wool covered with chicken mesh and lagging with 24 SWG aluminum foil over the surface with intermediate flexible with required supports rates include Supply & fixing of 50 mm thick glass wool insulation for the 250 KVA engine residential silencer including cutting, fixing of glass wool, polythene covering, chicken mesh and aluminium cladding complete as per the specifications etc.as required incl Y joints Lapping with suitable aluminium cladding and 50 mm insulating the exhaust piping.
