Theme: World of the Knowledge Topic: Unit 7 Saras Scrapbook 2 Bijak 2 8.20 9.20 am English Focus: 2. Reading Content Standard: 1.1- By the end of the 6-year primary schooling, pupils will be able to pronounce words, speak confidently with the correct stress, rhythm and intonation Learning Standard: 1.1.1- Able to speak with the correct stress 1.1.4- Able to talk about a stimulus with guidance Activities: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) Pupils will take out their textbook. They will look at the picture of signs with their teacher. Pupils will try to answer the questions orally posed by the teacher referring to the picture. For example: What is the meaning of the signs? What other example of the signs? Then, pupils will look at other pictures. They will try to answer the questions by the teacher. For example: What signs that they can see in this school? They will try to answer a few questions about the pictures and about themselves. 6) Teacher will correct their mispronunciation. Focus 4 - Language Art Content Standard: 4.2- By the end of the 6-year primary schooling, pupils will be able to express personel response to literary texts. 2 Bijak 2 7.50 9.20 pm English 4.3- By the end of the 6-year primary schooling, pupils will be able to pelan , organise and produce creative works for enjoyment. Learning Standard: 4.2.1- Able to respond to: b) pictures in books 4.3.1- Able to produce simple creative works with guidance based on: (c) stories Activities: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) Pupils will take out their textbook. Teacher will instruct the pupils to follow the steps given by teacher on how to make a book cover based on the story. Pupils use the the pictures on page 115 as a their characters. After a few times, pupils will colour the pictures on their own. Teacher will asks the pupils to paste the pictures on page 32. Then, teacher will guide and facilitate them
