Petrochemical plant construction and Offshore Oil Platform construction. With high
abilities in Piping/Mechanical Inspection, have been worked in various projects,
adapting and ensuring International codes like API, AWS, ASME as applicable.
Knowledge in Punch listing and Test pack Review as per the Project Standards.
EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:
Responsibilities:
⇒ Witness, approval and certification of WPS,PQR and welders
qualification test.
⇒ To monitor the welding activities as per Project spec and Procedure.
⇒ Conducting Inspection activities prior, during and after welding.
⇒ Work with QA/QC Lead to address Project Inspection requirements.
⇒ Developing an integrated Quality Management System for meeting the
product specification.
⇒ Coordinating, documenting and evaluation of NDT activities.
⇒ Verification of backing, welder’s qualification validity and certification
validity at site.
Responsibilities:
⇒ Conducting Inspection as per ITP & QCP.
⇒ Conformation of materials for pipes and valves as per isometric.
⇒ Punch Listing and test pack review.
⇒ Witness for Hydro testing and all mechanical activities related to
piping.
⇒ Inspection for flush grinding in orifice flanges.
⇒ Issue surveillance reports if found any non conformance.
⇒ Verification and inspection for golden joints.
⇒ Final anchor bolt tightening and half coupling distance inspection for
Rotating equipments.
⇒ Flange parallelism & cold alignment inspection for piping connected to
Rotating Equipments.
⇒ Punch listing for Rotating Equipments.
⇒ Final Inspection of rotating equipments with operations team.
⇒ Site QC surveillance during construction activity for quality control
compliance verification.
Responsibilities:
⇒ To check the Pipe size, thickness and Surface condition prior to fit/up.
⇒ Providing as built drawings if and modification done in isometric.
⇒ Monitoring of spool fabrication and erection activities.
⇒ Marking field weld joints according to spools erection at site.
⇒ Preparing and coordinating NDT activities.
⇒ Documentation for all inspection activities.
⇒ Review of RT film reports for acceptance.
⇒ Preparation and hold point Inspection for hydro testing.
Responsibilities:
⇒ Conducting Inspection activities as per project standards and
schedule.
⇒ Preparation of weld map isometrics indicating field welds & joint nos.
⇒ Undertake stage inspection and monitor production process for piping.
⇒ Gasket verification according to isometric.
⇒ Coordination with production team regarding punch clearance
activities.
⇒ Clearance of NCR and Discrepancy reports.
⇒ Material clearance and inspection of bolt tightening activities.
⇒ Witness for MT, UT, and PT activities.
Responsibilities:
⇒ Material traceability and conformance of materials as per isometric.
⇒ Submit the line control sheet to the client for review and got the
approval prior to hydro test
⇒ Test packs review and related activities.
⇒ Visual Inspection for weld joint prior and after welding.
⇒ Inspection for final flushing and air blowing.
⇒ Inspection for pickling and passivation for SS weld joints.
⇒ Conduct inspection for seal welding of threaded joints.
