CORPUZ of the crime of Homicide, committed as follows: That on or about June 1, 2013, in the City of Manila, Philippines, the said accused, did then and there wilfully, unlawfully and feloniously with intent to kill, attack , assault and use personal violence upon one MARIANO ROMANO, by then and there hitting him on the head with a piece of wood thereby inflicting upon the latter mortal wounds which were the direct and immediate cause of his death thereafter.
