Tasks: Discussing what tasks in the Production Schedule have been completed Confirming plotline Discussing actor choices Shoot logistics Choosing the name of the film

1. Completed tasks in Production Schedule: Close to completion. - Production Schedule (first draft) - Production company name brainstorm - Brainstorm - Analysis of Opening Credits (look at credits used) 2. Additions to Production Schedule (since 12/09/2013): - Scouting Location (all members of group) - Prop Notes (Minoli De Silva) - Production Company Social Media pages (Minoli De Silva) - Pitch (Minoli De Silva) - Budget Overview (Penny Ives) 3. Confirming plotline: Flashbacks/ Current events - Girl in room (Ally) actually in mental hospital. Sitting on bed, rocking back and forth and softly singing the Teddy Bears Picnic. (The song continues over the whole sequence) - See the group of friends in the woods, Tyler gives Ally his hoodies. - See Ally on the bed clutching the same hoodies. - Darren starts teasing Tyler (pushing him around). - The group move of, Tyler about to follow but he hears something (twigs breaking) and hesitates. - Back to Ally looking steadily more upset shaking etc. - See Tyler from the creature/Devil Childs POV - Tyler keeps looking around but cant see anything, about to start heading back to the group but then he hears a childs laugh. - Ally now fully crying -The creature/Devil Child jumps out and attack Tyler.

- (Ally looks up as she hears the childs laugh)? - Cut to black end.

4. Selecting actors: Confirmed/TBC - Ally: Penny Ives (will sing the song to played over the sequence) - Tyler: Vysh Jena - Devil Child (DC): Aaron Ives - Darren: Stefan Schuller - Group of friends: Gabby Thomas, Kieran Redgewell, Zoe Goodwin, Marcello Harle-Cowen and Partiban Ramsey 5. Discussing the logistics of the shoot: - Filming forest segments at Claybury Forest: Alices parents can drive the group and 2 actors to location, remaining actors will have to make their own way there (public transport). - Filming mental hospital segments at Alices home. - Budget 15 (5 to be paid by each member of group): for DCs costume clothes to be torn and dirtied and snacks/drinks for actors on shoot. - Make-up to be provided by Minoli and Alice: for DC contours of face to be accentuated giving him a gaunt look. - Will film in the afternoon 6. Discussing the name of the film: - Choosing to take it from a childrens nursery rhyme The Teddy Bears Picnic (the song that is sung by Ally in the beginning and continues over the opening sequence) - If You Go Down To The Woods Today - Down To The Woods - Prepare - Be Sure For A Big Surprise - Down In The Woods - The Woods Today
