Conducting presentations and Live Demos for clarifying and resolving any issues the customer may have regarding the Application or as pre-sales activities. Developing relevant detailed documents and following up with the customer for completing the deliverables approval. Preparing project plans for implementation of the HRMS modules and arranging with the other track team like financials and Supply Chain their plans and discuss the consolidation and dependencies. Conducting end user training sessions to system users. Supporting the end users during the testing phase. Providing required support to the customer throughout the project phases.
