Spring

Unspayed females go into heat and stay that way 90% of the time unless bred. Long haired cats need to be groomed. Allergic skin problems are common Fall Outdoor cats get into problems with fleas and fanbelts. Second breeding season for promiscious females. Anti-freeze, lawn chemical & other poisoning is common. INDOOR CATS ARE HEALTHY CATS, they should be fine if supervised when outdoors. Those bruisers who spend 3-4 days away at a time are a definite risk.... to the wallet.
